The stairs to the second level are not the easiest to use for elderly guests (even though they are stylish).

Location, location, location!!! It doesn't get much better than this. Spectacular view of the Canal. Amazing garden and patio. The three bedroom apartment housed the five of us very well. Angelo was excellent. Quick to respond and very helpful with all our needs.

Our only issue was with being there in October the aircon hadn't been changed over to heat and we were a bit cold but Angelo gave us extra beding to keep us warm. In the end it wasn't that cold.

Property was lovely and really well situated both for the Views (grand canal) and for shops and restutants. Angelo who ran the appartments couldn't have been anymore helpful. We had his phone number and he answered every call. Even when we locked ourselves our at 10pm. We felt very well looked after.

I only wish the mattress was a little softer, I was sort of jealous of my son on the sofa bed.

The washing machine wasn't easy to use but it cleaned our clothes which is what matters.

The actual apartment was so incredible, with a great patio, great view, and overall good location! We could easily walk everywhere and felt perfectly safe! The way the apartment looks and the size are amazing!

The apartment was restful and quiet. Only the last night, there was a family party nearby that went on until after 1 AM. Even that wasn't bad. Listening to people having a good time together is very nice.

Angelo met at at the vaporetto dock late in the evening, and escorted us to the apartment, helping with our bags. He showed us all the features and left the keys with us, along with his phone number if we needed anything. Everything about this apartment met and exceeded our needs ... comfy bed and big bedroom, large closets, great linens and towels, two bathrooms, very modern and equipped kitchen, clothes washer and drying racks, TV, internet, outside table and chairs in the garden near the canal. It was close to restaurants, shopping, grocery, pharmacy, and the Grand Canal. It gave us easy access to the water taxis (vaporetto), so we could travel about easily with a multi-day pass. We hated to leave, and hope to come back to stay in this little apartment again. It felt like home!

We absolutely loved this property! The view of the canal is spectacular, the rooms are large and wonderfully decorated. Angelo was a great host. He met us with the keys and explained everything. He even brought us more coffee! There were boats traveling the canal in the evening, but not loud. It never bothered our sleep. We definitely want to come back and stay again!

We really can’t think of anything

The host,Angelo, had been so helpful prior to us even arriving at the apartment and he organised the water taxi for us from the airport. Angelo was waiting at the landing for our arrival and we received a wonderfully warm welcome as well as the good news that they had been able to accommodate our request for an earlier check in. The apartment was immaculate, beautifully appointed in a very quiet and very local area but right on the Grand Canal. A very authentic Venetian experience with a hosting team who could not have been more helpful. I highly recommend this property for a well positioned and well maintained apartment which is close to everything but provides relief at the end of a crowded day as one can escape into the more genteel, more authentic and refined aspects of the city. I will definitely be back. I hope Angelo is still there!

Too many doors to the garden area so have to make sure those are locked before you leave. It was safe but May be I’m just being extra cautious.

They allowed us to keep our luggage after check out until train time. So we had few extra hours to enjoy in Venice. Clean, spacious apartment, beautifully decorated. Loved it. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location with a wonderful terrace on the grand canal, perfect for a relaxed breakfast. Excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Very thoughtful extras like nespresso capsules for the machine.

Our apartment consisted of two floors, with the lower floor being a recent addition to the historic structure. This new addition had an extremely low ceiling and paint peeling off the wall. The "F" (cold) and "C" (hot) labels were reversed on the shower, which led to an unpleasant shock the first time we tried to use it (they were correct for the washbasin).

Great location on the Grand Canal. Lovely historic building. Host was extremely helpful via WhatsApp; he arranged a porter from the station and a water taxi to take us to the airport.

This was my second stay at Ca’ dei Cuori and both times have been exceptional. This most recent stay was for 5nights in the three bedroom apartment. It’s impressive from the moment we arrived via private water taxi direct to the property dock. The apartment is brimming with Venitian charm and character. It had ample space for our family of 4 including an impressive master bedroom with windows opening directly onto the Grand Canal. We made good use of the kitchen most days which had everything we needed. We spent hours enjoying the terrace with its quality outdoor furniture and stunning Grand Canal views. Located in a lovely area of Venice close to quality restaurants, I can’t imagine wanting to stay anywhere else. Thanks to Angello for helping to coordinate our water taxi too and from the property and for ensuring we had everything we need for a wonderful stay.

We loved the location on the grand canal, and the gorgeous garden courtyard from which we watched the logistics of daily life in Venice.
