No WiFi in the room for some reason, the room was extremely warm as the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The walls are a bit thin so you hear your neighbours but it’s not a big problem. It is quite far from the centre and there’s only one bus that you can get to get you to the metro that then will take you to the city. This comes every 20-30mins and not very punctual so if you miss it you might be stuck there for a bit.

Comfortable bed, clean and amazing staff and check-in desk. We had a problem with our reservation and she was great with solving the issue.

The area is industrial and fairly noisy. There was a power outage in the whole neighborhood at night, with alarms going off. The rooms are not very well insulated - you can hear your neighbors talk. There were some shady people staying there, but overall an okay place to stay. It is incomprehensible to me why they would cover the Hotel sign with paper. The Hotel has seen better days, but it still exceeded my expectations, given its outer appearance and location.

The place is old and there are stains, but the room was as clean as you can make it. The bed was comfortable. A private garage is underneath the hotel.

Location, far away from my point of interest, yet not so far from Ponte Mammolo, and good connection with metro..Night busses also available and timely.

Room is spacious, clean, i had a balcony, nice and comfty.. Towels, shampoon, beddings, everything is provided, clean and tidy.

The neighbourhood the hotel is located is quite dirty with trash lying in the streets. The bus stop is close to the hotel but takes 1+ hours to get to the city centre, so be mindful of planning your trip. The bedding was a bit old with albeit clean. The shower stall was too small even for a small person like me.

This hotel was a good value for the money you pay for. The staff were friendly, the room was small but comfortable and had everything you might need.

It was nice, but when we entered the room, the room smelled of old things and even though we opened the windows, it did not pass. Although it is far from the center, we were able to come using 2 buses.

The bedding was a bit dirty and i didnt sleep as i heard the person next door snorring the whole night.

The people working there were really nice and it was an easy location to reach using public services. The bathroom was clean and the room a reasonable size.

Air con did not work. Shower head leaked like a sieve. No instructions on how to use the safe. Toilet had a weak flush. Also location plays a big factor. It takes about 50 mins to get to the center of Rome by public transport. Be aware that buses do not usually adhere by schedule and will turn up usually 5 or 10 mins late. To get to Rome take the 508 to the metro line. From there go to the termini to begin your Rome adventure. Or stay on the train for a another couple of stops and your first view of the Rome Central will be the colloseum.

The reception is not 24h. There is nobody working at the front desk between 21h and 8h in the morning, which can be an inconvenience. However, clients are given the gate and door code to access the hotel at all times.

Right next to the hotel there is a 24h coffee shop/restaurant/bar. It is very convenient and nice for an early morning coffee or a late drink after visiting Rome. During the week it takes 45/50min to reach the hotel from Rome by metro and bus, but on Sundays there is a bus (150F) that makes it to Rome in 30min, which is great.

The location is quite remote and the 2 receptionists we met did not speak English at all so they resorted to Google translate based on speech detection (which, to be fair, works well enough). There was no shower gel provided, only miniature soap bars and the shower cabin itself was pretty small, resulting in me hitting the walls involuntarily. The walls are shockingly thin, making every noise from the outside sound like it is coming from the room itself - this goes for the guests in neighbouring rooms as well as the cleaning staff.

Very kind and helpful staff. The room is well furnished, quiet and comfortable. Clean bathroom. There's a bar/restaurant just next-door where you can have breakfast or dinner and they have really good food! Bus stop across the road.

Even if the breakfast can be taken at the bar next door, it is not as convenient and cannot be put on the same bill. No possibility to switch off the air conditioning.

Very good value for money, tiny but comfortable room with bathroom well equipped. Friendly staff. Hotel conveniently located on via Prenestina. Good sound insulation from the road that can be busy...

-Next door cafe had very loud music all night long inconsiderate to the residents or time at night. I had a very stressful three nights and the hotel's staff did not take action when I complained. -Basic hotel with dirty walls. -Very far from centre. -Very bad wifi. -Booking.com should have made it clear that there is a cafe with loud music 24 hours so I would not book. -I want my money back.

The bed was very hard and left us with back pain after just one night. The toilet seat cover was detached, the shower door almost fell apart, there was a hole in the towel.
