More access to the whirlpool (hours) and hotter temperature.

We enjoyed the view from our superior room balconies. We had the windows open all night and the noise was minimal this time of year. I noticed the air conditioner and ceiling fan which I think are wonderful for the summer. Our bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the breakfast room welcoming! The terrace area with whirlpool/hot tub is very inviting. I used the hot tub on the morning of departure, but it was not very hot (930am). Perhaps it needed more time to heat. I recommend the hotel and area to anyone. We walked along the shore of the lake and will return with bikes.

The location was amazing, direct by the see The people extremely friendly The restaurant is so good with very good Italian food and reasonably priced (Thank you for the best Lasagne I ever had) We got a parking spot on a very short notice So many restaurants and bars nearby The breakfast was also very good (fruits, croissants, eggs, pancakes, jam, cheese, and bread) The filter coffee was superb

Very very nice hotel! Very well maintained hotel, clean and comfortable. I felt as in a nice 4 stars hotel. The view was spectacular and the location perfect. Fabulous breakfast with anything you may want. Still family owned with the owners looking out for everything. I will definitely come back! Thank you!

I've stayed here before and enjoyed it every time. The restaurant is good, the Breakfast is good and if you travel by Motorcycle, you can park basically in front of the Hotel on the numerous reserved Bike spots.

The pillows need improvement, and there is no dedicated parking lot.

The room is quite spacious and features a very comfortable mattress. Additionally, the bathroom is also quite roomy. The staff was really nice and the breakfast had a good selection of options.

Difficult to park, the courtyard is good to drop off bags but with a big car it was very tight to manouvre.

Very nice hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and great restaurant with delicious breakfasts and suppers. A nice surprise for painting lovers - the hotel walls are also a gallery of 19th and 20th century paintings collected over the years by the owners of the building. Hotel is located near the lake, yet close to the city center. It's near to the main quite busy street but the windows are well soundproofed.

Room didn’t need to be cleaned so often. New soap and towels every day is a bit wasteful.

It was not highlighted that the parking place is 10 min walk from the hotel and you need to pay extra 9 euro per day.

The location was amazing and the staff was very kind. The room was comfortable, however a little bit noisy due to the neighbors (walls are thin). Anyway we had a great time here and plan to come back. The breakfast was good, we had everything that we needed. The watermelon was especially delicious.

I think soundproofing could be better. I could hear some noises from the upstairs room like when someone used the bathroom. It was not a big deal but I think it's something that could be improved (:
