The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great position for the beach and about a 15 minute drive to visit Otranto. The apartment was clean and a pass is given to park around the hotel without paying for street parking. We visited in May and unfortunately there are not as many shops open around this time but did make for a quieter beach!

We loved our stay at the hotel! The location was perfect and centrally located. Walking outside onto the balcony, or even the street, gave great views of the sea and tower. The breakfast was great, too!

Very attentive, prepared and friendly staff. The location of the hotel is the best possible, with a clear view of the sea, the sandy beach and a beautiful sunset view from the terrace. Clean, comfortable and complete rooms, we recommend those with a balcony overlooking the beach. Very complete breakfast, drink options and hot food made to order!!! The scrambled eggs are delicious, we order them every day. And the restaurant surprised us, very attractive prices and incredible quality and portion size! We highly recommend

Coffee served at breakfast was awful, the rest of the food was good. Waiters could have been more cheerful, but overall service was good.

It is very important to know that this hotel has an annex, it might as well not be part of the hotel. Seems like a building the hotel later bought. If you stay here only book if you have a room in the main hotel. The wonderful woman Alicia that checked us in helped to resolve. The style of hotel resembles an outdated cruise ship (as well as the rooms) but honestly the location cannot be beat. It is worth it as long as you’re in main hotel.

The location is perfect. The rooftop pool at night was great to take a dip in after the beach and dinner.

Small details... in our room the shower door wouldn't open for more than a half its way as it would hit the water valve. Breakfast is very nice, however the choice of having one person at the coffee machine makes the coffee service a bit slow. A lot of people can do with just a Jug of coffee and the barista would only do the 'special orders'. Nothing serious of course, however little things that would make the experience even better.

Hotel is 50m from the Torre dell'Orso beach and probably 100m from the village. It's at walking distance from everything. It's recently built/renewed and most of the rooms have a sea view from their balconies. Staff is very friendly and nice. Breakfast is good. All in all a very very pleasant stay.

The location was fabulous. Since we traveled on off season they were kind enough to upgrade our room. We had a balcony that looked onto the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free parking was great.

The breakfast (and staff) was fabulous but we wished there could have been more choice on the dinner menu. Also, since we were in Torre del Orso in the off-season, we used the hotel as a base to visit towns in the surrounding area. We loved the peacefulness of the location, but the drive was a bit far to travel to other towns we wished to see. We thought the trade-off was well worth it for the beautiful and peaceful place to stay.

We loved everything about this hotel from the exceptional staff, stunning views and exceedingly comfortable room to the kindness and thoughtfulness extended toward us during our entire stay. Most staff members spoke excellent English and good-will suffused all interactions with them.
