The bathroom could be neater as the ventilation did not work and there was no window. Also there was a door in the room without soundproofing as 1 of 3 nights we heard noise

The room was generally good and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the staff very helpful. The breakfast also was good and tasty as well as the free coffee and water throughout the day.

Everything is wonderful, however when it is hot I am sure the rooms will be uncomfortable. Air-conditioning would make a big difference.

The B & B Home in Florence is a wonderful place to stay. 5 - 10 minute walk passed Pitti Palace into ce tral Florence. The staff (especially Guilia) are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is very fresh tipical Italian sweet breakfast. Coffee and cake is available in the breakfast room all day and night. The coffee is very good (despite it being made by machine). We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon.

It was too warm and there was no air conditioning. If you opened window for airflow the mosquitoes came in.

The floor above is an AirBnB and their guests can be loud until late in the night. This is of course not the B&B's fault and the host was apologetic and tried to talk to the guests upstairs on our behalf.

The host is extremely friendly and helpful, and gave us great tips. The location is great - a residential neighbourhood but not far from the touristic venues. Water, coffee and cake are freely available.

Very friendly staff and loved the typical Itakian experience. Much better than paying a fortune for an hotel. Breakfast very adequate and a choice of food. Coffee/tea/cake available all day at no cost. Would stay there again if we ever return; ideal location, walking distance to everywhere.

We expected a double bed but instead there were 2 single beds that were united. There is no sound insulation, and on the weekend nights this was awful, as there were lots of people talking loudly on the street.

This hotel suited us perfectly. It was quiet and the room had everything we needed and was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was a short 10 minute from the ponte vecchio and was near a few reasonably priced —and lovely restaurants so we were very happy.

We stayed at the hotel during the Christmas holidays. The first thing I would like to note is the hospitable hostesses. They greeted us warmly, told us in detail what to visit, how to get there most conveniently, and were ready to help with all questions that arose. The hotel is located on the other side of the river, but it was convenient to walk to both the rail station and the old city and its main attractions. The area is quiet and safe, local people live there. Very interesting style in which the rooms are decorated. Breakfast is standard for Italy - pastries, toast, ham, etc. A huge plus was the presence of a kettle in the room, as well as coffee and tea. It was also possible to make coffee in the dining area and take cookies and pastries left over from breakfast. Next time we will be happy to stay here.

Gulia and Sonia are friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable as soon as we entered . We got three double rooms , they were spacious and very clean. The furniture is amazing. We felt like staying at authentic Florence house. The location is amazing, close to all attractions by foot or transport

Shower was very small. Toilet rocked in place. Street noise level was high, but it was Hallowe'en night before All Saints Day holiday.

The hairdryer! My only complaint was that it was one of those small hairdryers attached to the wall that worked very slowly.

Beautiful surroundings and very spacious room. Bed was very comfortable. In an excellent location, quiet, but very close to the centre. Nice places to eat and drink within a few minutes walk.
