Sabrina, Luciana and her family were very generous and welcoming hosts. On arrival Sabrina greeted us with fresh juice and unpacked everything about the island and must-do’s. The property was beautiful with an amazing view of the sunset. The location was also convenient to the bus stop taking you straight into all towns. The family helped us to organise booking a boat tour and any reservations we needed. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. We highly recommend staying at this B&B on your next trip to Capri.

Nothing. Everything was perfect

I’ve been meaning to write this review for so long but hadn’t had the chance. We visited The Sunset on the last week of September and I must say we were very unlucky with the weather. Our ferry from Naples had been cancelled due to weather conditions so we almost didn’t make it to Capri. As soon as Luciana knew about the situation, she got in touch with us to provide us with a few alternatives; she was very understanding and offered us to reschedule our stay but this was not an option as our itinerary was fixed. Fortunately we managed to get to Capri from Sorrento and couldn’t be more happy we finally got to her place. She welcomed us with tea/coffee and delicious homemade cake which made us feel like home. Luciana couldn’t be more helpful; she gave us recommendations for places to visit and restaurants around the area, all of which were excellent. She also helped us with the restaurant bookings and arranged a taxi for us to take us to/from the ferry. The taxi driver and his wife (Aldo and Magdalena) were also very helpful; Luciana arrange us a quick tour with them to visit a few places around the island on our last day, which was a very good idea since we were travelling with a toddler and elderly people. All was great, highly recommend!

Everything was perfect! The view is spectacular, the room is great. Special thanks to Luciana, the host, who helped us in the middle of the night - my son was ill - and gave us all her support. Also, she helped us planning our trips and gave as precious informations that are harder to find on-line.

We had a great time staying at this B&B, we enjoyed the tranquility of the place with very nice views, the host Luciana was very helpful at all times, providing you with plans and recommendations. Every morning we enjoyed freshly prepared breakfast.

Very Nice place with a great view and host Host Luciana: Very friendly and gave us incredible tips on what to do, including a great boat tour around the island (she was our capri mom) Location: 15 minutes walking from a bus stop where you can go eveywhere around the island: Capri, Faro, blue grotto, marina grande. There are plenty of buses around (sometimes a little Crowded). There are restaurants around and a supermarket closing at 8:30 for more affordable meals. Breakfast: Really complete with everything from fruit, cereal, yogurt, juice, cappuccino, all served in an amazing terrace. Overall: Great place to stay at an affordable price for the island, would 100% recommend and come back.

Well setup and beautifully maintained B&B. The host Luciana, is a very warm, welcoming person that was readily available for any questions and helpful tips. Each morning she helped us plan our day ahead and thanks to her impressive network of friends and family on the island we were able to enjoy a popular beach club and a relaxed restaurant meal with a larger group of friends. We’d highly recommend staying with Luciana.

The time was too short.

The hostess was extremely kind and welcoming and took a lot of time to explain to us the island and guide us on what to do. She made reservations for us when we asked, connected us with her acquaintances on the isle to ensure we got excellent treatment and service, and was almost like a mom-away-from-home, taking good care of us.
