Everything!!! Maria is a great host!! Her attention to detail was amazing, everything was there for my comfort, small details like chargers for all phones, or lists of places nearby she recommends! Breakfast was a nice touch, with croissants, brioches, jams, yogurts, ham, juices, coffee, tea etc. The room and bathroom were spacious, extremely clean and taken such good care of, it was a pleasure to stay there! Also even though she was next door, she gave total privacy. The bathroom right in front of the bedroom was not an issue at all, as it was so close, essentially you just open 1 extra door. My only issue was the fact that there were 2 (!!!) cats near me that I didn't get to pet! I felt shy tbh to ask Maria,plus cats might not be interested, you know - cats ))) I just got a glimpse of the gorgeous creatures!!! The puppy was super friendly when Maria and I entered the unit, but I never heard him otherwise!!! He wouldn't bark when I opened the front door or any time I made any noise, such a smart boy!!! And even though Maria has pets, not a single hair was found in my spaces! In short, I loved it. And the old elevators worked perfectly, so I had no issues at all.

Te property is very well located and carefully curated in terms of experience. Maria, the lady who runs the property does a great job of having real care about your stay without being intrusive. We only met once, but I felt her care for the details and my comfort all the time.

Maria is a wonderful host and the place is good value for money. A really comfortable bed. For the breakfast she even found things to match our dietary restrictions ( I did let her know beforehand).

All was good, just be careful there's not much parking if you arrive by car. Breakfast is all packaged, but Milan is unbelievably (and unjustifiedly) pricey and you basically can't find a place with breakfast at this price

The location is close to all the main places in Milan. The apartment and the room are very nice and clean.

Spotless room and bathroom in an apartment in the centre of Milan. Very close to the Darsena and Navigli area and not too far from the Duomo and its surroundings. The subway is just a few minutes away.

Maria was very helpful, even if we met her only briefly during check-out, she provided information on parking possibilities and sights and she made sure that we could arrive at any time leaving the keys at a store downstairs. The room itself was very comfy, with everything we needed and a lot of options for breakfast (different juices, yogurts, jams, breadrolls). We liked it a lot and will stay there again if we come back to Milano one day!

The owner was absolutely lovely and allowed us to leave our bags well beyond checkout. And even offered us snacks for our journey back to the airport. Very quick responses, and the space itself was tally awesome. Lots of options for breakfast, refrigerator with refreshments and yogurt. Everything was reachable by metro which was round the corner. And so reasonably priced.

The host Maria was very welcoming and helpful. The location is close to the metro and local cafes are only a short walk away. The room is attractively appointed, and comes with a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a microwave, which are not always available in Italian hotels.
