This was a perfect place to stay for the last night of our trip. It is very close to the airport. The house is clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the hostess was there to meet us and show us everything. She left a lovely breakfast for us the morning of our departure. The evening before we were able to walk to a supermarket for some last minute souvenirs: (cheese, pasta etc.) and we were also able to walk to a nice restaurant and sit outside. I would highly recommend B&B L Ulivo!

Very cute and clean BnB with everything you need, including breakfast 😋. Kety was attentive, helpful and friendly. Location is just a short drive from Fiumicino airport. The restaurant across the street is simple, friendly, and delicious. Definitely recommended 100%!

Ketty was amazing. The place was lovely. Close to the airport but not loud. It was a delicious breakfast and so pleasant sitting on her balcony amongst the flowers.

Ketty's attention to detail is welcomed. She answered email questions promptly. She was helpful in arranging a driver to the airport as well as providing instructions by various means to reach the B&B. The room was so clean and comfortable. Tastefully done. Breakfast is in a charming small room and good choices of food. A bonus, there is a neighbourhood trattoria right across the street. The food and servers were great. The proximity to the airport, 10-15min depending on mode of transport is definitely a bonus.

The property was easy to find with plenty of street parking. My room was small, but very clean with plenty of space to open my luggage and move around. The neighborhood is very quiet and I felt safe sleeping with the windows open. The star jasmine blooming was outstanding! Really nice breakfast in the morning.

Good variety and I liked the flexibility of having breakfast to adjust to our flight schedules and any changes thereafter. Ketty and her daughter were so accommodating.

Loved everything about this place. Ketty is an exceptional host and everything in the B&B from the decor, bedding, bathroom, breakfast room and outdoor seating was perfect. It's in a very quiet neighbourhood which is what we needed after 6 weeks of nonstop travelling through Italy. It's a shame we only stayed the one night. We will definitely stay there again and probably for 2 nights. There are restaurants, cafe and supermarkets within waking distance and a quick taxi ride to the airport. Thank you Ketty for a lovely stay and for organising our early taxi ride to the airport.

Clean. Close to the airport. Most of all our hostess, Ketty, was excellent. She took time to make sure our stay was just right. She even gave us a ride to a location we wanted to visit. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Walking on the local pavements was a little challenging but not really too bad.

Ketty was a superb host providing everything you needed with charm and ease. She was very helpful on our last morning taking us to the bus stop making a long trip home a little easier.

I liked every single detail!

The property is like 8 minutes from the airport in a very quite neighborhood with a family restaurant right across the street which was very convenient and delicious. The owner Katy ( not sure about the spelling) lives in the premises which makes it perfect for a solo traveler. She is super nice and helpful, very attentive to the guest’ s needs. The property is super cleaned and beautifully decorated. The continental breakfast was plentiful and delicious pastries. Will give this property 500% …above and beyond all expectations! Will definitely go back .
