It's of course noisy in the morning because it is placed in the center of the city and train station.

The bed was quite hard and the pillows were really thin which we found made it hard to sleep. The shower on our level was also quite dirty with lime scale and the pressure on cold was next to nothing, basically a dribble came out.

The location was excellent! Right across the road from the train station and close to the centre of town. The staff we really friendly and the young girl spoke great English which made check in easy. The bed was spacious and we had clean towels each day.

It was okay I guess for the price. Our room was looking at the road so it was so loud in the day and the night. I had trouble sleeping. But in any case, I think the room is okay for the price.

The bathroom (the shower place is somehow would always make the floor all get wet. There's water bidet for WC but it didn't work. It doesn't have air con (it's our mistake, that didn't read carefully the facilities listed), but it provides a fan, luckily the temp at nights were still decent below 25, so we could still slept comfortably.

The staffs were friendly. It's just like across the street away from La Spezia Central Station. We had our room cleaned. Nearby the hotel there are supermarket and some restaurant.

The bathroom is down the hallway and is shared by the whole floor. That’s one bathroom with the toilet and shower…so you may have to wait a while.

The hosts were lovely and they let us leave our bags there before check in and after check out! Very helpful and kind.

Shared bathroom. It was basic, but we thought we would be sharing it with 2-3 rooms. Instead, there was one bathroom for whole floor (I think for 8 rooms on our floor). So, when we wanted to go on toilet or to simply wash our hands, there was a big chance it would be occupied (mainly with people that were taking shower, sometimes they left whole floor wet and then it got dirty, with nothing to clean it). Our room was facing the main street, so there was big noise at night with open window.

Good room with comfortable bed. Basic equipment like TV, table, chair and one towel per person (+ soap). Really helpful receptionist, she helped us to find cheaper restaurant & to find where to buy bus tickets nearby. Train station was literally a few stairs from the hotel. There was nice small balcony on our floor, but not in the room.
