Bar at the Neri hotell was really underwhelming..

Great estate, with comforting and relaxing surroundings. Great swimming pool area. Rooms where high standard, big in size, nice and clean. Access to the hotel for restaurant. Great dinner experience, both in terms of the food, but espesially because of the people. Lovely breakfast, once again made a little bit extra special thanks to the host, in a modern beautiful hall with direct view of Etna. The wine from their vinyards was also very good, do recommend.

There was nothing not to like. The perfect location for exploring Etna

It was in the most stunning rural location with Etna in sight. No light pollution endless birdsong. Peaceful and calming. The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. It was simple and blissful with a delicious breakfast.

We very, very much liked our stay here and we would love to return to Casa Arrigo. The rooms were very tastefully designed and it was impeccably clean. We were there during the pre-season and the floor heating added a lot to our wellbeing. Linguaglossa is a great hopping off point for Piano Provenzana, the northern side of the Etna. Regarding breakfast we could not have asked for more. A great selection of high quality local products. Since we were there during the Easter days, we were treated with Sicilian Easter bread/cake - all very delicious. Also all the employees we met, were extremely friendly and professional - of particular note Angela, who spoiled us with freshly brewed Cappuccini and was always super nice to us. We feel very grateful for the time we spent here and we would actually like to express our gratitude towards our hosts and staff. Keep up the great work, thank you!

Casa Arrigo was a lovely place to stay and a great base for exploring Etna. We tried the wine made on site, and headed to Linguaglossa for dinner (try Dai Pennisi or Osteria Vinetna!).

Unfortunately the swimming pool was not ready for the season and it was not cleaned. It was impossible to use it. I would suggest to double check before booking if the swimming pool is available.

The place for very nice, amazing location with the view for Etna. The room was very comfortable and clean. The high ceiling was amazing making so much more air in the space. No dinner was available, but you can have it in the hotel opposite side of the street or you can enjoy wine tasting instead in one of the wineries nearby.

This quality agriturismo hotel is located in the Etna National Park, has swimming pool, lovely breakfast room with views and you can use the Michelin Guide recommended restaurant at Villa Neri next door. It is a quiet relaxing place in beautiful rural setting and is good value.

A limit bit warmer pool. Wasn’t really that cold, just could have been a few degrees warmer.

Well for us it was the fact that our particular room was right by the pool and one night we had the whole pool all to ourselves so we brought in takeout and ate dinner there.

Would really benefit if they had like a bar area where you can get soft and alcoholic drinks in the evening with snacks.

Not enough equipment in the kitchen of the apartment. Bbq to use but no tools at hand. Pool often full of bugs and leaves no net to scoop them out, only machine to clean the bottom. A bit disappointed as it belongs to the 5star Hotel opposite. No body seems to be looking after the place. We attended the hotel restaurant, the food was lovely,but as the night went on we felt neglected for the other diners(residents), service certainly wasn't what we expected.

The room was too small. The pictures on the website were a bit misleading. In reality we got one room with a bed and open sofa with almost no space to move around.

The nature around the facility was nice. The women serving breakfast was very kind and helpful. Good amenities in the room and good breakfast. Mt. Etna view from the yard of the apartment.

Kitchenette was very limited without an electric kettle and microwave. Hot water takes a long time to come. Host Angela did try to provide things which we requested though.

The owner was super helpful and greatly made up for the 30 minute delay and confusion in checking in and missing equipment in the room. Location is very peaceul with the view of the Etna on one side and the Nebrodi on the other.
