There was really nothing I didn't like

Really nice room, Great breakfast (lots of options) Spa was lovely, Close to the beach, Really short walk to bus stop to get bus to the old town. Great stay all round.

Jacuzzi and the foot masager in the spa werent working. We didnt receive robes for pool so later the cleaner brought them.

We liked the view, breakfast and that they offered parking.

There is a lot of building work nearby and although it was not very loud during our stay. I would check with the hotel before booking.

The location of the hotel with the view of the Lapad Bay was perfect. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and it's a short bus journey to the Old Town. The hotel has an excellent Wellness Centre with a well equipped gym and indoor heated pool. We had a seventh floor Seaview and the Sunsets were stunning..

Amazing selection at the buffet for breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Just a great stay at Grand Hotel Park.

I would like to highlight two issues 1 the breakfast restaurant seems to be policed by a couple of guys standing at the door if you are going out with a cup of coffee or teythey will stop you and ask you to drink it I saw a kid carrying a banana and they asked them to either eat it there and then or not leave the little kid was crying they will get you even if you are carrying an apple so beware of the breakfast police !!!! 2 there is a lot of construction work going on in the surrounding area of the hotel which is very noisy with tricks and crains so be aware of the noise if you are a light sleeper then may be try to get a more peaceful hotel 3 morning workers and cleaning is pretty early and noisy by 7:30 you get waking up All in all the stay was fine

the location, the seaview from the balcony was awesome. The room is comfortable and nice clean bathroom. The facilities are great though the pools were cold. The breakfast was very good with big variety of fruits, yoghurt, cereals, breads, sweets, hot items as well as cold meats, cheeses and vegetables. would definitely be back and will recommend to friends.

Excellent location. We had a room with sea view which I strongly recommend. Beautiful sea view and stunning sunsets. Breakfast buffet was great and also the free use of the Spa center (without additional services).

Rooms were a bit small for two people who aren’t a couple. The pedestrian access is a bit dodgy and lots of construction going on nearby. Not a lot to fault though!

A great location in Dubrovnik, with a fantastic beach within easy walking distance and lots of restaurants and amenities. Rooms were clean, sea view was lovely, comfortable beds and very helpful staff. Excellent room service as well. A very easy stay.

Small supply of tea, coffee and milk. Also the walls of the rooms seemed quite thin as we could hear snoring from other rooms and footsteps above. The cleaners did a great job but started so early and were quite noisy as the corridors are very echoey

Our room was very clean and well equipped and we had a fabulous view over the pool and beach beyond. The only disappointment was not a very good supply of tea and coffee and we had to keep going down to the café to get milk each day . It would have been nice to have some water on the room too , but all in all we were happy with everything there.

Room was very clean except for some obvious mildew in shower that I ended up cleaning quickly myself.

Loved the location near beach, shops, grocery, pharmacy and restaurants. Very comfortable room and the balcony was worth it! So many beautiful spots to swim in the sea plus a lovely pool and bar area. We enjoyed staying here and taking bus to Old Town as this hotel was restful. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Food in the buffet was terrible, €30 each not worth the money. House keeping had us awake from 7.30 am every morning as they were outside our room cleaning the corridors & other rooms. Way too early, very annoying.

Currently ongoing work on adjacent hotels and their reconstruction, where there was no warning that there is an increased concentration of noise in the locality. In the morning, when cleaning the adjacent rooms, the personnel is very to extremely noisy!!! There was a bathtub in my room, but when bathing and showering, the screen is poorly designed and there is a small pond on the ground in front of the bathtub!!

Excellent breakfast and location of the hotel, which is close to the beach. Free parking in front of the hotel. Excellent local restaurants nearby!

Location was excellent! Close to everything! Bus stop was only couple minutes away and an Uber into old city was only 7 euro ! Beautiful swimming places only 5 min walk and lots of good restraunt s ! Everything was so easy ! Staff were excellent and breakfast was great ! Would definitely stay here again

The mentioned I had a view of a ‘park’. Definitely not much of a view at all. Very small misleading and instead had lots of buildings in construction.

It was in the middle of lots of building work. Internal bar area lacked atmosphere, nobody went there. Smell in the entrance for the whole stay. Cutting through a spa to get to a pool. Very rude front of house staff and rude restaurant staff - 10.00 exactly told to finish and leave!!! The garden area was out of bounds and it was a dumping ground for old tables, chairs etc . A really under use of a large area.

The balcony was fabulous from the 7th floor. Excellent shower. Always plenty sunbeds, good gym. Good location to bars and restaurants.
