The staff was really polite and helpful. Breakfast was tasty. Room was cozy and clean. The AC was working. Hotel is located in 10 minutes distance from the city center. And there is also bus connection around the corner.

Entry to the hotel looking tired and could do with a refresh. Not a particularly welcoming feel. Room again could do with updating. Aircon noisy. Room above, noisy waterworks toilet etc. Breakfast average 2 star.

The bed was very uncomfortable, way too soft. A double bed is two singles next to each other. The lightbulb in the bathroom wasn’t working. The quality of the breakfast was quite mediocre, mostly frozen pastries.

The room was quite spacious, and very well cleaned. The staff was welcoming and helpful. It is about a 20 minutes walk from the historic centre of Florence, next to the river.

Breakfast was not that good, not much choice to eat from. And the shower was a bit small with low pressure.

The toilet was a bit hard to flush, due to very old piping. The ceiling was wooden in our room and as the people above us were walking we could hear them which was annoying as we tried to sleep. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming.

The walls of the room are full of blood stains from dead mosquitoes

The hotel's location is excellent because you can reach the tourist center in less than 5 minutes on foot. The breakfast is limited to a few options but it is tasty. The room we had was cool and without using AC, it was 40 degrees Celsius during our stay.

We asked to extend our stay with one night. They agreed but failed to mention that the second night would cost double the amount of our first night. To be fair, we did not ask. But it would have been polite to inform us of te large price difference.

Breakfast was excellent, especially the coffee which was superb. I stayed in a 3 person room with two of my friends and we found the room quite spacious and comfy for three. The AC also kept us nice and cool. It is also quite close (walking distance) to the Duomo and many other tourist attractions but far enough to not be noisy.

Very pleasant helpful Manager welcomed us and check in was very easy. Secure parking at the property a bonus. Good breakfast. Location easy to find by car when driving into the city. An easy walk along the river takes you into the heart of the city and all the attractions. Would recommend and will stay there again when we next visit Florence.

Bit of distance between the property to the main area and station, but a lovely walk along the Arno river.

My mattress - it was like sleeping in a crater (but wife slept fine), maybe little bit bigger breakfast would be fine, but still good

I stayed for 8 nights and only once I got a new towel and fresh bed sheets. But maybe thats usual, I dont know.

On the other side of the road, that runs in front of the hotel, are serveral bars or places from where you can get food and drink. Lively area in the neighbourhood, so to say. Breakfast contained even fruits and that must be a high-tier breakfast on the Italian scale.
