The only thing was the shower head, it was leaking water, but that should be easy to fix.

The breakfast was poor. I very small box of cereal and the apt #1 son eat it all. The plastic cover store bought pastries were dry and nothing gluten free for wife.

The place was nicely decorated. We are allowed to check in at noon instead of two in the afternoon. The place is closed to the cruise port shuttle stop. Very convenient location.

A microwave would have been nice, no way to heat your food. It would have been nice to have some plates and bowls

It was cold when we stayed in February and we were told the heating system would only start after 5pm. A warm blanket was available, though. We found it odd that there were no towel rails and toiletries for shower were on the floor.

Nice and clean room, close to cruise port. About 1km from the train station. Host will give directions to get the keys through direct message. Snacks, water and tea available for breakfast.

Breakfast was basic, but we didn't mind. Check out was early with no flexibility, but again no issue for us. City tax has to be paid in cash, I don't always have cash so could have been tricky. Haf a great stay, and slept like a baby before setting off on our cruise. Perfect

The room was very close to the port, we were cruising the next day. It was bright, clean and airy. TV was great, kitchen was laid out for breakfast. Bed was so comfortable. The shower was really good. The whole room was spotlessly clean. The owner answered any questions promptly.

Breakfast and coffee pods were a bit sparse. No means to heat food - should have a microwave.

Access is via a lift using a password, then keys are in a lock box also with a password. there is no one present at this location. This is a 2 bedroom en suite apartment with a kitchen inbetween - very clean, bathrooms spacious with shower products and hair dryer. Breakfast is mainly dry biscuits and crackers with spreads, coffee machine, but no microwave or means to cook meals. Also no crockery or cutlery provided. The location is perfectly situated for embarking a cruise liner. We stayed one night before embarkation and the unit was perfect for our needs as we were 2 couples. Would book again if leaving from Civitavecchia.

I do like long hot showers but the capacity of the tank for the hot water I think was small so after about 5 minutes I wasn't able to continue my shower the owner said it never happened before but I think the tank is small so it's okay for guys but for females you have to rush if you want to finish your shower with hot water

The room was clean and comfortable had everything I needed for a 1 night stay but would also be perfect for longer,location was spot on just a 2 minute walk to the front and easy access to restaurants, shops etc. The port was a 5 minute easy walk away perfect for picking up my cruise, the owner was friendly and kept in touch as to when I would arrive and was waiting for me with keys showed me around explained everything I needed to know easy check out everything was excellent.
