The living area of the apartment needs updating. The shower room was modern and looked newly renovated.

The Location was excellent but we expected it to be closer to the town of Bardolino. We would hire a car next time. The weather was disappointing but there wasn't anything that could be done about that 😊Everywhere was very clean.

Loved our stay and the only complaint was the creaky beds in 1 apartment that would affect you if you're a light sleeper.

Good location to walk down to the lake. Parking available. Staff very accommodating - enquiring about taxis for us, especially restaurant staff who accommodated for dietary restrictions. Rooms and kitchen clean with the necessary utensils available. Staff responded in a timely manner when there was a maintenance issue. Had a nice pool that we were unfortunately not able to enjoy due to the time of the visit.

There was no bottle opener, but everything else was good in the room, including extra pillows. The staff could have been a little more friendly.

The views of the lake were good, the layout was good. The room was as described and had a large terrace to sit. The pool area was lovely and clean plenty of sunbeds. The bar and food area was good, the food was great we ate there 3 nights due to the weather and were not disappointed.

Our one bedroom apartment was very small with limited space to move about. It was also quite dark. Limited view of lake. Cost reflective of the month of August but too expensive for size of property.

Great views of the lake from the estate but not from the property. Engaging friendly staff. Good sized communal pool, plenty of sun beds. Clean and well maintained. Very good food in the cafe/restaurant.

the kitchenette was very small for the size of the apartment, it was tricky to cook much except some pasta.Although the provided cooking equipment was all very new and good quality. It was quite a walk into town due to the lack of pavement on the main road (not their fault obviously!) so you had to go on a long path down to the promenade then along. When we were there it was 36 degrees and was quite hot to do this walk sometimes! If it was cooler it would probably been fine.

beautiful view, great pool, really family friendly. We had the delue large 2 bedroom apartment which was huge and the AC worked really well and was very quiet (easy to sleep). The shower was excellent. The onsite restaurant was great, amazing value for money and lovely food and drinks. there were always enough sunbeds around the pool, which was kept very clean and tidy.

The only fault was the lack of self catering facilities - very small job and no oven so you have to be a bit creative if you’re going for full o self catering

It was a bit tricky working out where to cut through to get onto the lake front but we preferred to hang by the pool anyway. Wish the pool stayed open longer than 7pm but that seems to be the norm for most places around there.

Awesome large apartment with 2 separate bedrooms / bathrooms (Villa 4) and with a lovely view of the lake. We spent so much time relaxing at the pool and getting pizzas from the restaurant. We walked down to the lake once but the kids were more interested in getting back to the pool. We borrowed a football from the office for some games, didn’t get round to playing tennis but that was going to be €20 for 4 rackets/1 hour. Amazing air conditioning as it was mid thirties when we were there so it was much appreciated.

The sofa bed was more suitable for 2 children, my friend sleeping on the pull out bed found it uncomfortable, a fold out settee to make a double bed would have been much better. The position was a good forty minute walk to either Bardolino or Garda, and it took us a few days before we found the road leading from the main road to the lakeside walkway leading to Garda. Taxis were also expensive! The main downside was the lack of a decent shop ! The nearest supermarket was about 2 miles away, ok if you’ve come in a car ! We only needed basics as we ate out all the time .We then found the campsite across the road sold basics, like milk for morning tea or coffee (luckily we had brought our own )

The outside space and the views from our apartment were fantastic, quiet and peaceful. The pool and area around it was lovely with plenty of sun beds. The restaurant was very good , did a basic breakfast ,had a great choice for evening meals .

The walk up the hill from the town on the narrow road was a bit difficult with children and in the heat.

The rooms were a good size (particularly for a family). The view was amazing and the pool facilities were great.

There were minor inconveniences due to the old plugs and some of them were not working and there was only one outlet in the room, so imagine a family of three and all needing to charge their phones, but as I told, it was only a minor inconvenience and the lake view compensated it a 100%

We had the apartment with the lake view. To be honest, we needed nothing else but having breakfast and watching boats on the lake or having a glass of wine in the evening and watching the sunset.

The walk up to the ca Mure was longer than expected - but it was made clear that there was a walk, so its not a complaint.

Booked for 4 persons, 2 adults and 2 children, while the bed was prepared only for 2. The extra 2 we had to prepare by ourselves.

The staff was fantastic, Mr. Felice at the reception desk was very helpful and friendly.

Nothing! Other more negative reviews mention the steep walk up the hill (it’s on a hillside, but the views are spectacular because of it!), the long walk to Bardolino (20 mins, counterbalances the additional food and drink you’ll enjoy) and the fact it isn’t a 4 star hotel (no it isn’t, it’s a fantastic resort with lots of choice of accommodation which is very accurately described on the website!). Absolutely no complaints from us about anything.

Loved the views, the pool, the restaurant, the well maintained and spotless site and accommodation and the extremely accommodating and friendly staff. Our second visit and even better than last time.

Stunning views and a good size apartment. Communication was really easy before our trip and during. Plenty of sun beds by the pool. Bardolino is beautiful.
