We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Kitchen equipped for cooking which is nice, and thank you for the clothes washing tabs! A special thank you for the sweet treat for our wedding <3 Parking close by if needed.

You won’t be able to find a better accommodation in Vicenza. You can try but you won’t. The apartment was exceptional. It was the perfect size for our family, and in the perfect location. Let me repeat this again— THE LOCATION IS PERFECT!!! The apartment was updated and decorated to boot! Furthermore, our host, who is a gem. Marco, you can tell is passionate about having travelers visit this incredible city. He was extremely accommodating, and easy to reach with any questions. As a frequent traveler, I can say I’ve stayed at many accommodations with many wonderful hosts, but here in Vicenza, Marco and his apartmentopalladio is my favorite host/stay

The apartment was move in ready, very clean, modern, beautifully designed and decorated. The furniture, bedding and bathroom linens were extremely comfortable and luxurious. Marco, our host, was amazing. He met us at the property and advised several places to shop and dine. He was very attentive to all our needs.

The apartment itself, along with furnishings and fixings, it is of a high standard, is spotlessly clean throughout and very well kept in great condition. The location is superb and is located within 3-4 mins of the main square where there are plenty of good restaurants & bars and about 15-20 mins walk to the railway station. The overall cost of this facility is hard to beat when considering all elements of the stay. The host was very approachable even before arrival, and always responded to texts etc in advance very quickly. Furthermore he was welcoming, informative, supportive and provided assistance as and when required, with no issues at all.

United KingdomThe key pad to unlock the door of the apartment proved difficult to use at first. It required a light touch. Once we’d mastered it we were ok, but did have difficulty at first.
The apartment was tastefully decorated, clean and had all the facilities we needed. Everything worked well. The property is extremely well located for sightseeing, eating out and shopping. Marco helped us when my husband needed emergency dental treatment, using his contacts to get him an appointment the next day.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. It is immaculately clean, comfortable and in a great location for sightseeing. It is 15 minutes' walk from the train station and there are lots of shops and cafes close by. The amazing Teatro Olimpico (a must see) is on the end of the street.
