Super apartment with lots of character in traditional old building. Refurbished to a high standard. Very comfortable, everything provided. Bed and linens good quality. Step straight out into the Bardolino vibe, a few footsteps from the lively harbour front area. Can be noisy at night as on street above restaurants, though we were aware of this due to its location, so we're not surprised, and made most of getting out to join in with the vibe. Only thing we missed was an ironing board, there was an iron. Though sure our charming host, Alessandro, would have provided one if we had asked.

Nothing! Would add an ironing board and perhaps a storage room in the building for left luggage as no where in Bardolino to leave luggage after checkout.

A very spacious apartment in a perfect location! Only a 2 minute walk from the Port which made it very easy to catch a ferry to other places around the lake. The owner Alessandro was very welcoming. He met me with my luggage and accompanied me to the apartment where he explained everything and gave recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. He then accompanied me with my car to the private secure parking space that was included. I will definitely book this apartment again when I return to Bardolino.

Air conditioning quite ineffective meaning it ran for longer than should be needed..but that's all. A great apartment.

Great sized apartment, meticulously clean and perfectly positioned in Bardolino. Very kind of Alessandro to let us in early, and let us leave our bags on leaving day for a late flight. Thanks for everything.

Perfect location, show around from owner, advice and recommendations for places to visit and eat from owner, very helpful. Gorgeous clean apartment. Super comfy beds. Loved how the shutters on windows kept the daylight out of a morning when waking up. Just perfect in every way.

Although the location is amazing, it is in the heart of the cafes and restaurants so there is a lot of noise until late and the street sweeper comes past early in the mornings. The doors and shutters on the balconies did diminish the noise a lot and overall it wasn’t a problem.

Very clean. Free parking. Very easy to stay here. Host Alessandro was excellent. Has a lift to make getting luggage up and down easy. Parking was close by in a designated spot for the apartment. The host kindly had the sofa bed made up and it was very comfortable. Has a coffee machine, washing machine, iron, drying rack, plenty of towels.

Alessandro was a great host and met us when we arrived to show us everything. Came with us to the private secure parking after helping us unload our luggage and get settled into the apartment. Everything about the place was fantastic. Such a good size and right in the centre of Bardolino, walking distance to many many bars and restaurants. Even though we had a kitchen we hardly used it. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

The car park didn’t have a working lift (parking is 2 floors down) which made it a bit difficult with the pram but manageable overall

Being above a bar across the street made it very noisy at night. Being in an attic made it a little dark. Some of the appliances needed updating.

The location in the old town was perfect, close to the ferry stop, shops and restaurants.

The apartments are right in the heart of the town, the host explains everything and takes you to your own underground car park up the road. You have everything you need and you get a map with some recommendations from the host whilst handling the keys and parking etc. We stayed last year here and wouldn't go anywhere else in bardolino, it's fantastic.

Unfortunately there was a loud bar opposite the apartment on the ground floor, which kept us awake on 2 occasions.

Location was great. Alessandro was very helpful, and gave advice for places to eat/things to do.
