There was very low shower pressure which prevented me from washing my hair. There was barely any water flow.

The hotel was in the center of Amalfi overlooking the gorgeous duomo. It was amazing to go to sleep and wake up with the duomo right outside our window.

Would love to have had coffee making facilities in the room.

Perfect location, just a couple of minutes from the buses & ferries (pretty flat just a few stairs into the hotel). Room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful (helped carry our big cases up the steps, walked to the port with us when we couldn’t find where to get bus tickets). Breakfast was plentiful and very good (ham, cheese, bread, croissants, cake, yogurt, fruit, coffee).

very nice feel of old small hotel, right in the middle of Amalfi. Great view on the dome and square in front. No stairs or steep street coming from harbor and buses, and just a few up to the hotel entrance (and imortant point in Amalfi). For us, the place to stay when/if we retrun to Amalfi.

Breakfast was adequate but not great.

Very nice large room right opposite the cathedral in the town centre. Very clean and with well-equipped bathroom. Very comfortable large bed. Pleasant and attentive staff. Easy to find. Public parking in multistorey about 250 m away.

Awesome location, 1-2 minute walk from the bus station (and we didn't have to walk up many stairs). Close to sightseeing points and restaurants. Maria and staff were very very kind. We had to leave early, outside of breakfast time range but we got some food and drink in the last evening in advance. Comfortable beds, clean room and bathroom. Early check-in was possible and we were offered to drink coffee / fruit juice.

We were happy with everything!

Everything was wonderful! We were a family group of five, and occupied one room with a single and double bed (Room number 5), and a double-bed room (Room number 4). This is a family-owned enterprise, run by them for several generations, with lots of love and attention. We had a wonderful, wonderful, relaxing stay (November 2023). The rooms and beds were very comfortable, each with cheerful decor, a small fridge, good bathroom, and spotlessly clean. The location in the main piazza, opposite the Duomo, is exceptional. It’s a very short, flat walk from the port and taxi and bus parking area (maybe two minutes), with only a single flight of stairs to enter the hotel, which is on the first floor. I could lie in my bed and look out onto the facade of Duomo (Room 5)! (Room 4 also had an excellent view). Despite its central location in the piazza, I didn’t find it noisy, although we weren’t there in peak season. The breakfast was wonderful, and extremely generous. We were served individually at table - croissants, bread rolls, jams, prosciutto, cheeses, delicious cakes, yoghurts, a range of fruits, coffees, and fruit juices. The breakfast lady was lovely- I think she was trying to fatten us up, she kept offering more! The staff, Maria the owner, and the other lady, were truly wonderful, friendly and helpful. On checkout day, we had problems with the next and final leg of our trip - the ferry to Capri was suddenly cancelled on our day of departure from Amalfi. Maria contacted the ferry line for us, to confirm, was luckily, was able to offer us accommodation if we needed to stay longer; when we had decided our next move, she booked a taxi van for us to return to Naples. Fantastic view from our room of the Duomo di St. Andrea. Very friendly staff. One minute walk to the ferry and main bus station a definite plus. It is on the main square, so expect some noise early in the morning.

Really great location, you could stare at the cathedral from our room which was a cool experience. Super close to the ferries and restaurants. They even had an iron!

Location couldn’t be better! In the heart in Amalfi. Close to the sea ( just around the corner). Breathtaking view from the window. Very clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Soundproof was very good. Air conditioner.
