Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Czech RepublicAn amazing experience right in the winery. We were welcomed with a bottle of excellent prosecco and enjoyed the whole stay. The rooms are modern and very nice. Spotlessly clean everywhere. A great breakfast is served in the morning and there is a nice balcony for enjoying wine in the evening. The people are very friendly and the location is perfect for exploring the prosecco hills region. We would rate this accommodation 11+ if we could :)

Al Tiglio is an excellent winery with 4 beautiful rooms and a nice spa. We spent there 4 nights and was absolutely fantastic. The host are great people, they showed what is the warm, welcoming Italian hospitality. The breakfast was very delicious, included tipical Italian breakfast dishes. We had a prosecco tasting what was also really good. The place has a nice view and located in the center of Col San Martino, in the middle of the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene prosecco region. Good wineries and restaurants are close, can be reached with a short walk. There is also an opportunity to rent electric bikes and discover the hilly region. We will definitely go back again :)

The rooms are modern and furnished with attention to detail. Host and staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious, savoury and sweet. GermanyThe weather could have been better :)).
Fantastically pretty, well designed and well executed bed&breakfast. Very comfy beds, good blinds, very pretty and generous bathroom. Overall very cosy, the whole bnb only has 4 rooms. Very quiet room, we did not hear our neighbors at all. Staff + the owners were fantastic, always making sure we have a good time (recommended restaurants, made reservations for us etc.). The private spa alone would be a reason to stay here, it's fantastic. Free parking in front of the building. Excellently located in the heart of Prosecco-Land.

NorwayWe had the most amazing time at Al Tiglio! The hosts were so warm and welcoming, and made sure our stay was perfect. There were 4 spacious rooms, all newly renovated with stylish and luxurious interior. The atmosphere was incredible and everything smelled fresh and clean. The rooms were equipped with everything you need: shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, hair dryer. Al Tiglio also provide a top modern spa with jacuzzi and relaxation area. Perfect after a hike or bike tour in the wine district. The breakfast was incredible, maybe the best ever. We can definitely see the love that has been put into making this experience memorable for the guests. Fresh baked goods, freshly squeezed orange juice, delicious scrambled and fried eggs, high end coffee, different meats and cheeses and so much more. The hotel also provides rental of e-bikes. We had a great time biking through the incredible area with wine yards. The hosts also produce their own wine, which was so tasteful. We really recommend buying a bottle or two and enjoy the wine from their terrace. We look forward to visit Al Tiglio again.

Italynothing! we hoped to stay a further night but it was fully booked!
Modern, with the latest fittings, spotlessly clean bathroom. The bedroom is stylish, well designed. Quiet at night and bed has a very comfortable mattress so we slept well! (Also no restaurant on site, so it’s quiet all night!) The aircon is excellent but perhaps ask how the unit works, it’s very mod, easy to work once you know. The shower is so lovely they even give you a little loofah to keep. Valdobbiadene Prosecco tasting is possible in their beautiful cellar and is charged for. We didn’t experience this but the owners generously give you a bottle and glasses on your arrival for you to enjoy so that you can taste at your leisure. Breakfast is very good, and includes freshly squeezed orange juice from the squeezer itself, a novel idea. Staff are attentive and kind. We walked down to a restaurant in town for dinner, there are 2 choices within walking distance. Also the village is close you can walk in to explore. There seems to a vineyard hike nearby too, we saw the sign. There is lots to see and do in the area, wineries are open until around 6pm and are very happy to have walk in visitors who wish to taste the fruits of their labour. The steep inclines of the vineyards are fascinating and make work in the fields there very challenging, we had a vineyard right outside our window so what a feeling of being in the countryside! A charming B&B, highly recommended. We would love to go back.

United StatesThe only improvement to me, and it is a personal preference, would be a lamp in the bedroom instead of one ceiling light. I'm a reader and I would have preferred a bedside lamp instead of the bright overhead light.
This property far exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was awesome and the staff so personable and accommodating. The decor and overall atmosphere was relaxing as well as the spa which was fully equipped.
