Very noisy, the rooms are not soundproof at all. You can hear everything your neighbours are talking, but if you don't have issues with your sleep - you will be fine.

Clean and green property, we stayed only for one night so can't say much. Nice staff, they asked us if we needed shuttle to airport, we had our flight early in the morning so we were happy they have this service available. They waited for us until midnight to pay for the shuttle, which was very kind, we appreciated that. Also, they left our breakfast in the room in the evening, so it was nice to have something to eat before our flight at 3am in the morning

We needed to check in to the room ASAP after booking another room at a different facility that did not meet our expectations. They quickly responded, let us check in immediately, and arranged a transfer to the airport for very early the next morning. The grounds and room were beautiful. We wish we had stayed more than one night...

There was nothing we didn’t like. It was perfect.

The property was close to Venice Marco Polo airport so a perfect place to stop when arriving into Venice late at night. We had a standard family room and it was very spacious with a huge bathroom . It was exceptionally clean. The property has a rural feel with lots of trees, garden areas and outdoor sitting areas. The buffet breakfast which was included in our room rate was delicious. There was a variety of cold meats, cheeses, fruit, pastries and cereals as well as hot cooked food. I am very glad that we have booked this property again before we fly out of Venice. I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a more relaxed rural accommodation as opposed to hotel style.

Super convenient near the airport (perfect for early or late flights), grounds were lovely and green and natural, breakfast was amazing, bus stop just outside the venue so it’s easy to hop in the bus to Piazzale Roma and from there jump on the Vaporetto to explore Venice. Well priced, well laid out and clean rooms, perfect for family of 4 with a baby as the venue provides a camp cot and a single bed in the room alongside the double. Small lounge and a dining area in kitchenette and sweet outdoor seating for the apartment too. It was everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again. The staff were amazing too and helpful.

What a surprise!!! We needed a place close to the airport, and this place was perfect. As we arrived, we were shocked at how Wonderful the property was. It's an awesome place with Super staff! They helped us easily simplify a day trip into Venice.

Nice cook to order breakfast, near the airport and walking distance to a couple restaurants. They provided a shuttle to airport at 4 am for 25 euro. The reception guy was very nice at check in and we enjoyed seeing the animals. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

We had a very early flight and needed to sleep but found that noise could be heard from other rooms nearby. That aside, it was a lovely place to stay. We would definitely use this property in future trips.

The property was well maintained and in a great proximity to the Venice airport. Our stay was very short but comfortable. The reception was very helpful and provided us breakfast to go. They also helped up with setting up a shuttle to the airport.

Venice is well known for the hustle and bustle… if that’s not your cup of tea, Venice Green is the polar opposite, lush gardens, tranquility, lovely spacious apartments, donkeys and animals and outside space that will take your breath away. Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked by the most friendliest ladies… lovely fresh food. Easy to get to Venice… buy tickets at €1.50 return from the reception, bus stop outside. They provide you with a map and all the info. Perfect stay.
