Bed so comfortable, Lovely ladies at kitchen who trying serve yr breakfast on yr wish, Stefania ( receptionist ) very helpful, around Agriresort is clean and tidy amazing flowers & trees, it sets the mood in the evening, nice pond with koi carp, little farm behind with donkeys. Real hare lives there. Bus Stop nearby to Venice No5 ( to Piazzale Roma bus station ) buy ticket by app driving quite often.
