We did hear some noise above us at night and someone checking in very late.

The property was beautiful and so nice to relax in while we waited to travel home the next day.

Amazing hotel. We stayed for 2 days, and even wanted to stay one more night to stay just in the hotel, not leaving anywhere...) The territory of the hotel is big and green, full of plants and cozy places for calm rest. Thanks for staying there I could really relax during my vacation.. The breakfast was nice, everything fresh cooked, nice fresh cooked cakes, eggs, pancakes, fresh fruits. Our apartment on the ground floor was amazing as well, clean, spacy, kitchen room with cattle, tea , coffee, sugar and water in the fridge, all was thoughtful for guests. We had our own small patio and could have a rest in the evening. The conditioner in the apartment worked very well, even was cooling more, than we expected at this hot summer. Airport Marco Polo is very near, just 10 minutes to arrive from the airport to the hotel, at the same time the hotel is close to the city. There was a bus station just one minute walk from the hotel. You can reach Venice island (Rome square) within exactly 16 minutes on bus number 5. We found more convenient to go from airport until hotel by taxi (15 euro). We also took taxi from the hotel till airport (10 euro). So the transfers to the hotel and back to airport were really comfortable. Supermarket Lidl is not far from the hotel. We could buy products on the way back from Venice center to the hotel, using same route-bus no 5. I am glad that we chosen this hotel. I recommended it to my friends.

The downside is that u can hear the bathroom noises from the adjacent rooms, and lots of bugs but they were kind and thoughtful and provided bug repent device in the room

The shuttle service charge was 25 in the morning, greater than a taxi. This is excessive. Shuttle should be provided as a free service.

There are just a couple of restaurants close-ish by (and no real grocery stores that I could see), so if you arrive via public transportation, it's a bit of a pain to find something to eat. We did see guests get pizza delivered.

The grounds and facilities were lovely and peaceful! The staff was kind and accommodating. We showed up almost 2 hours early and it was not a problem. They have wine for sale, and when we bought a bottle, they provided it on a lovely tray, with two wine glasses and a bag of crisps. The room was spacious and clean. Don't forget to walk around the grounds and give the sweet donkeys head scratches! :-)

Even was far from center , but bus stop was very close to hotel we can walk and with bus be in center.

There were no restaurants on the property so we had to walk a pretty long distance to find mediocre food.

It is beautiful and relaxing. An oasis in the middle of a pretty unattractive city in Tessera.

Breakfast good, quite a selection of food. We were 3 adults, a 6 year old, and a 10 year old, so the Pizza cafe about 15 minutes walk away proved very handy for late lunch and early evening meal. They served a variety of dishes, not just pizza. Shuttle service from reception to airport very prompt and reliable.

We ordered an early breakfast on our final morning to catch our flight. It was all processed, sugary, packaged items and the only coffee in the room was instant. Most of it was left untouched. It was a shame really because it was completely opposite from the yummy, fresh, made-to-order breakfast we had the previous morning and the hotel's ecological theme. Definitely room to improve here.

The room was quiet, comfortable, and cool in the heat! The staff were really helpful. The selection of cold drinks in reception was really appreciated.

Lovely clean room with a kettle and coffee sachets. Good location for the airport and to see Venice. Bus stop a couple of minutes walk away

The hotel is located right off a busy highway. There was not a ton of places to get dinner/ breakfast around.

booking a shuttle to the airport was convenient. I loved walking around and looking at the animals. The covered greenhouse with chairs/ couches was a great place to hangout, play cards and drink wine!
