The hotel is quite nice! The location is nice and central and easy to reach. As they say in the description, the hotel is run by a family, which gives a really nice atmosphere, and gives a personal touch. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I enjoyed staying in this traditionally furnished hotel. My room, and the bathroom, were spotlessly clean & comfortable. The owners, mother & son, are both charming. Neither of them speak English but the son & I communicated well through Google translate. He was friendly & helpful giving lots of suggestions in Cagliari. The hotel is on the main road of the marina & near the bus & train stations.

Friendly family business. The owner and his lovely mom were great hosts. Hotel is located by the marina. Around you can find small family restaurants. Would definitely prefer here for the next time.

There was no view from my window. It was literally just a wall. Luckily I was away all day every day so it didn't matter that much.

Extremely helpful and very kind host. After check-in we were provided with all the necessary information. You could say that there is a reception and tourist information in one place. Our room was clean and tidy. During our stay it was cleaned every day

Because of the construction works in front of the hotel, it was impossible to come by car to the hotel, we could hardly find it, which was very stressy. Car parking is extremely problematic in that area, even impossible on Saturday evening, as everything is full. We had to pull our luggage on a very long way from the paid parking. The construction site is very noisy (but still better than the noisy aircondition in the room) and dusty. So, I could not drink my morning coffee on the balcony as I like, planned and paid for. Finally, I was very disappointed of the breakfast - I would not pay for it, if I knew that we receive only tickets for a confisseria. Every day the same 1 piece of sweet cake with a cup of coffee, everything else had to be paid. There are much more possibilities to have a good breakfast according to your choice in different small restaurants around, do not pay for the "hotel breakfast".

It is a small old-fashion-furnished hotel. I was looking for a hotel at the sea, and it is at the sea front. Normally, it would be a nice location at the port, probably it will be one, when the big construction works in front of the hotel are ready. The owner was quite unhappy about the situation and tried to help us as much he could, using a mobile translater, i. e. the communication was not easy, but he has done his best. The location is not far from the main pedestrian shopping and dining area under the old citadel.

My room had the window above the restaurant kitchen which made it impossible to open during the evening/early night because of the smell. It is a very old house so you can hear everything from your neighbours.

I really liked the location which was very close to everything with great access to the public transport and train to the airport. The accomodation itself was extremely clean and tidy. The communication was only in Italian, but we managed with positive attitude ;) Breakfast was nice and simple.

I struggled with the lift at first, but then got it! Old school lift - amazing if you have suitcases.

I loved the location but also the bedroom, and hotel atmosphere. Also nice to have a lift for suitcases! The staff / owners were very nice and helpful. The included breakfast in a nearby pastry shop is a nice touch too. Thank you!

Traffic noise was very noticeable if the window was open but sound proofing was very effective. Breakfast was coffee and pastry at a nearby cafe.

Great view over the harbour. Close to transport and the town centre. A small family run hotel, very friendly and helpful and available most of the day.

Location of the hotel is absolutely amazing! Very close to basically everything (train station, bus station, restaurants; highly recommend pizza place downstairs, city landmarks etc). Super friendly staff ! unfortunately I couldn’t communicate well with Lady who check me in as I don’t speak Italian, but the other staff member was super caring, helpful, friendly and accommodating. He gave me great recommendations and even show me on the map the best places to take photos! I don’t know why people complaining on Wifi. It worked absolutely perfect. I managed to have video calls, answers email and do bit of work. My room was immaculate! Didn’t find any dust or dirt. It is not a luxurious place, but I felt so happy there. I would be happy to stay there again! AC worked well and wasn’t too noisy.

Everything was perfect 👍 Great location for sightseeing and a convenient transport connection to reach Poetto beach in 15 min by bus. Very friendly and helpful personnel provided with all the necessary information and stuff and gave good recommendations for local restaurants. Highly recommended for such price!
