“Very comfortable and luxurious pool for the few houses on the property, so you get to swim on your own with a very nice view. It is kept very clean.
The houses are set in a way that one does not feel surrounded and it is very quiet. Good setup with everything one needs. Good place to visit the area and Perugia + the best bakery we found in Italy is in the next town (get a piece of pane pugliese at il forno di Pioppi in Mantignana, their „choux à la crème“ and pizza slices are also very good - didn‘t have time to taste the cakes).
Communication with Lay was very pleasant. He was caring and available when necessary during our week there, perfect. He even offered us to stay by the pool after checkout on our departure day, that’s really nice.
A little improvement would be a moskito net at the back windows (bathroom and bedroom) to be able to keep them open without risking having moskitos inside for the night!”
