I had a lovely stay here. Very comfy bed, beautiful views, nice kitchen and bathroom and very, very quiet. A real Icelandic experience which I am so happy to have experienced. The host was very welcoming and friendly and told me a lot about sheep farming in Iceland. Just be prepared for a fairly long gravel road. It is in the middle of nowhere.

Located in a remote area this guesthouse has amazing setting. Everything inside is immaculate, clean and well thought. Kitchen has everything you need and common areas are quite spacious. This was one of the best guesthouses we stayed in Iceland.

Location was as planed, in the middle of no where, very isolated and quite but not scary. We arrived pretty late and the host was there to welcome us and give us a quick tour. Beds were amazingly comfortable ! There was a fully equipped kitchen, with coffee & tea available as well as some banana & granola to help yourself. Bathroom was super super clean. It was perfect for us, we were there less than 10hrs, it was our first night of our itinerary

Olga , the owner, was very helpful and friendly. Kitchen was fully equipped. Bed was comfortable, everything was exceptionally clean. House is very cozy and has lots of nice vintage details.

It’s also contributes to the positive, but one needs to be ready for a/n (easy but lengthy) stretch of driving on the gravel roads.

Olga has three rooms available in a very comfortable house. Guests have access to the huge kitchen/dining room, TV living room, and bathroom. We were lucky to occupy two rooms and get the whole place for ourselves. It felt being at home for a day. The house is super clean and comfortable. Olga was very welcoming and helpful. She lives nearby and has nice knitting items available for sale. The best experience in our entire trip.

Amazing decoration, huge space, the place is super clean and well-taken care of. Olga is very accommodating. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is AMAZING. Big social space. Close to seal watching spot. The bathroom is amazing.

I can't find any negatives. We really like this place.

The place is wonderful. Great climate and quiet place in the remote area. We really like this gesthause, for its originality and wonderful host. The guesthouse is at the end of the fjord with a wonderful view. A real Icelandic climate in the middle of the nature and sheep. Nearby you can find several beaches with seals. In nice weather, you can see the Westfjords. I recommend this place to everyone.

Wie found Tjörn 1 by chance on our roadtrip. Newly renovated house interior (don`t judge it by its cover), warm and cozy rooms, large kitchen and common rooms. Very friendly staff. Absolutely recommendable
