You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IcelandThe apartment was clean but all the silverware, cups, dishes and pans were dirty. When I arrived with my friends(8 people) one of them had to sleep on the floor because the couch (pull out couch that turns into a bed) was broken, the beds were fine but are very narrow and there was no toilet paper in the apartment
Its in a nice spot in Akureyri and can easily accommodate up to 8 people

IcelandYou can hear a lot through the walls, so if there are people partying all night in apartment next to you, you better get up and open your own beer because you will not get any sleep :) Bed is very soft.
Nice and spacious apartment in the centre of Akureyri, okay equipped kitchen (no dishwasher in our apartment, it would be great to add it), nice clean bathroom, big terrace. Easy self-check-in, all information provided in advance.

SwitzerlandThe cleanliness...it was not properly cleaned...Under the living room area it was so much dust. And in one of the rooms there was even an old underwear and some other small garbage.
The apartment was really spacious, can easily fit up to 6 people. And the location very convenient, just a couple of minutes from the main street where there is a bakery to buy breakfast and so on.

SwitzerlandThe shower was quite small. The kitchen could be improved with a few things like a strainer for when we cooked pasta. If you’re tall you will also need to be careful around the kitchen table and when waking up as the bed heads are below the roof. Also, this is a personal preference but we didn’t really like the fact that it’s carpet on the floor, there were some places that didn’t look so clean (although it may just have been that it was a bit old and not dirty).
Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. The terrace was nice, especially when we saw northern lights :) Small attentions like leaving coffee pods was greatly appreciated.

This property was such a close walk to the center of Akureyri. The kitchen and bathroom were clean. The patio was refreshing. We did not hear our neighbors. Bonus there was a laundry on the first level. We enjoyed this stay immensely.

The beds are extremely comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and the whole house is cozy.
