IndiaLimited choice of tea bags in the room There is a staleness in the furnishing, showing its a much used venue. The only fresh feeling is when the housekeeping staff make it super clean. In Room Dining - the Khow Suey could have been better, with crisper fresher peanuts & deep fried garlic. The quality of this soup was not five star.
Very good service brought to your table. The innovative yoghurt flavours & fresh fruit juice were my favourite! Very pleasant and attentive staff during the meal time.

I’ve got a nice little lake view. The Whole Staff, Front Desk Is Good, Sania from the front desk is awesome she helped us Alot, But Shresth Disappointed Me While i was at the front desk.

India1. There could be some activity area/games for the kids for them to be engaged. Except for the pool, I couldn't find much. 2. Wasn't too happy with the room that was alloted, it was relatively small, tucked in between two rooms on either sides in the corner. Could hear sound from the other rooms. 3. Bad drainage in the bathroom, however, it was attended promptly and I appreciate that. But imagine you checking in and finding the water from the drain all over the place. Not a sight to behold. 4. All in all, we had a very short one-day stay, so am sure, going by Marriot's standards, these might have been some small niggles and a usual relatively longer stay might not see these issues.
The breakfast spread was a good, rather a lavish one. However, it took us sometime to get a table and were asked to wait. Maybe the area around Pool side could be utilized. While I was on strict diet due to medication, my wife and kid enjoyed the spread throughly. The service was quick and we were attended without any repeated requests. Had ordered dinner for my kid the previous night, but honestly, wasn't the food wasn't to the liking of our tastebuds, more bland than it could have been (no negative points here for it owing to our taste profile, but it is what it is). Local attractions like the Boat Club, Lumbini Park, Birla Temple, Prasad's Imax, etc are close by and convenient to travel to these locations. We had our food mostly outside while checking local attractions, so won't be able to comment much on the lunch/dinner spread/taste.

India1.The rooms need an upgrade...the wash room mirror was old and worn-out, ceiling lights in the bathroom were dangling out. 2. No task lights at the table and bedside to read ... especially if you are on travelling for work.
1.The hotel staff were exceptional in their customer service, the restaurants deserve special mention for exceptional service and everyone was very helpful especially Mr Rakesh ....others were equally good though I don't remember the names. 2. Great location ... it's just behind the Hussain Sagar Lake... there is a waterfall formed by water exiting the lake just at the edge of hotel garden although it was smelly ( lake water is waste water)
