Every thing! Only one elevator was working, the maintenance of the entire hotel is very poor

One of worst places ever. Had to replace 3 rooms. I arrived at 20:00 o’clock, got the keys to the first room. It was filthy, the bathroom was in terrible condition, even blood stains at the bath. Other guests belongings all over. Got back to the lobby asking for another room, wondering how can such a situation can happen. Asked to go and see another room to see if it’s okay. Went there three times but the door remaind closed, the clerk at the lobby replaced the key each time I got back. At the fourth time I told him that I’m not going back unless someone from the staff will join me. He asked security man to join me. He found out that the mechanism of the key to the room was out of order, he had to reboot it. This room is adjustable for people with disabilities but it also wasn’t clean. I got back again to the lobby asking to speak with a manager. The clear said that at that time he is the only one there but he will speak with his manager over the phone. When he spoke with him he informed him about all of the problems discussed above and he also said that I asked to cancel my reservation. When I heard that I raised my voice protesting about the false information. The manager asked me to be patient because he is trying to solve the situation. Finally got a reasonable room for the night, checking out at 5 o’clock in the morning.

The staff was super helpful and kind. The price was great! I had a basic room with a comfortable bed with a bunch of pillows and a coffee bar and fridge. Amazing breakfast buffet!

I mentioned I was 8month pregnant apon my arrival, and got the farthest room at the hotel. The bathroom in the room smelled really bad. Someone came to clean them but the smell didn't go away. Hotel was empty could have moved us to a different room but their response was that there r no rooms cleaned.

Hotel needs to upgrade is facilities. Our sofa was broken, the telephone was not working, the toilet for was peeling, and generally everything looked run down.

They over charge for nothing and not close as they claim to be to the beach.

I booked via Booking.com and price was 1400₪ however, when I got to the hotel they final price was increas to over 1500₪. I found this dishonest and I'll file for my extra money back. Also, it isn't 400mts from the beach buy rather 1.5km. No, I won't recommend this place.

The hotel is run-down and badly maintained. Rooms are poorly appointed (not even a chair...) and haven't been maintained (broken faucet, broken closet and more) Everything(!) is dirty - rooms, halls, lifts, public toilets, pool area, pool water, dining room/restaurant... Breakfast restaurant is filthy(!) with strong garbage smells. Food variety was insufficient, but the real problem was the quality - everything looked (and smelled) badly. And the same poor experience doesn't skip the furniture - here too, chairs, tables, and counters are all dirty, broken, peeled... Pool "bar" is filthy(!), with sub-par food and drinks. There's no room billing, only cash pay. Some guests played super-loud music at the pool - completely ignoring hotel security which gave up at a certain point. Staff seem careless and rude - check-in was far from welcoming, and at check out we were pretty much ignored. We were surprised that this hotel is owned/managed by Brown Hotels - very disappointing. Bottom line - DONT STAY HERE

after we complained about having 2 separate bads and the smell of cigarettes, the staff tried to transfer us to a different room and get a full size bed but the hotel was fully booked. they gave us a champagne

I liked everything!

The hotel was beautiful inside and outside. The staff was very helpful when I did have a need and sent someone up right away. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The best part was my booking included breakfast and dinner! The buffet for breakfast was wonderful! We enjoyed dinner as well. This hotel has a beautiful and very large pool area too. It was a perfect place to stay and in a good location!

The breakfast was delicious, generous & everything one needed! The location perfect for our needs, 2 blocks to the bus station, nice walk to the marina, beaches & shopping.

The breakfast was absolutely terrible and so much more. Property needs a renovation ASAP (don’t trust the photo’s). Pets are allowed, dogs end up barking early morning without anyone doing anything about it. Some hotel guests are unruly and make noise in the hall, doors are cracked, safe doesn’t work. The only positive was that the staff tried to be helpful and were very nice.
