You need to be aware that it is outside the city and getting to central Ubud usually takes about 30minutes as the taxis need to get to you. Scooter rental is very old and some of the scooters do not inspire confidence on safety. Not a lot of staff speaks English well either. I would also say to have no expectations for the restaurant on premise. Also, I had a proper run-in with ants over half of my floor despite having no food inside.

It is in a very beautiful location with SOME of the bungalows overlooking rice fields. It also has a couple of lovely pools, which make for a very relaxing stay. The rooms are comfortable and of good size with the ones we were at also having a bath. Some of the best bathrooms on my trip. The art in the rooms is also a very nice touch.

Our family quite enjoyed staying here. Friendly staff and views of rice fields and well-maintained lawns, also environmentally friendly to bring our beloved dog.

The resort is located in a secluded area, being able to ride a motorcycle would be a great advantage, otherwise have to use on scooter / taxi service.

The lighting is too dark, and the bathroom smelled like pee when we arrived. The room was too small as well.

Half of the menu in the restaurant was not available. The breakfast was dry and very basic. Expected better. The fruit wasn't even so ripe. Just watermelon, banana and pineapple every day.. . The bed was not comfortable, which was the worst thing, for a suite it is expected that the bed is at least good. Although it's far away from everything and walking was not really possible, I booked this hotel because of their free shuttle to town. This was not running for 2 full days..

Very clean. Some dishes on the menu were great, like the soups, haven't tried others as they were not available. The free shuttle, when running, was great, really friendly drivers and punctual. The garden and bathroom are beautiful and the pool is very nice, although very cold. Effective communication with the staff prior to arrival.

This is a such a beautiful and peaceful place. I was so grateful to find this spot. I had a traditional villa to myself overlooking the fields for such a reasonable price. It was simple and wonderful. I felt really safe and comforted with everything I needed to just chill out with privacy. The drive into town and back through surrounding areas is a beautiful view into local life. I would come back here again.

- weird layout of shower head - stone shower flooring which was painful to walk on without slippers (not provided) - very limited choices in restaurant

- it was only several minutes scooter ride to Ubud Market - quiet location, can't hear any car or motorcycle passing by the road - beside a rice paddy - very pleasing and accommodating staff - in a way, the property had environment-friendly practices: no daily plastic bottled water but free refills at the reception, shampoo/liquid soap are refilled instead of new bottles, no change of sheets and towels unless requested

Pool area wasn't clean enough. Second pool was having a bad odour. Bathroom was clean but there were lots of ants and flying insects in that. That made the experience little creepy. No value for money.

Wifi signal for bungalow with ricefield view isn’t great. I stayed for two nights. At first, I was supposed to stay in that room for my whole stay, but they had to move me to different room, so I had to pack my stuff twice.

Very nice location. Worth the money. I was asked to move to different room for my 2nd night, but I think they gave me a higher-value room.

The shower head in the bath is weak, it doesn’t stay in place when you turn the water on. Not enough hot water to fill the bath. The stone floor in the bathroom hurts your feet and there’s a lot of bugs

Place needs a little TLC and paint touch ups. Mattress could be more comfortable. Very weak wifi. Best to have own SIM card.

It could have been cleaner. The Villa had a lot of ants which was off putting but the sheets were a bit stained also. The cleaners also didn’t come round after our first night

The location and setting was beautiful. It has a real rustic vibe, which we liked a lot. The staff were excellent and looked after us well. They also had an awful lot of options for activities, tours and spa teatments. The pancakes for breakfast were amazing!
