We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Oscars is my go to place when I visit Ballarat. The staff are fantastic .....courteous, helpful, friendly and always ready for a laugh. The food is excellent therefore, if anyone is up for a catch-up, we meet at Oscars. The rooms are comfortable and always clean and fresh. I consider Oscars to be value for money and my home away from home.

AustraliaWhen we returned at 9:30 to watch the end of the football and have a nightcap the staff seemed annoyed we were keeping them late. The waitstaff put up the chairs at the table in front of us as we were watching the screen. We ordered some dessert and they again seemed annoyed we wanted to stay a little longer. There was another table there and knew they shut at 10:30. We found it comical in the end. We will come back for all the things we like but the staff do need a reminder about attitude to customers.
The bed and shower were fantastic. The dinner was fabulous, the food was exceptional.

AustraliaWe were told we were in a quiet room away from the function spaces and we didn’t hear much noise from the restaurant or bar, but we had a constant humming noise from outside the room all night. Also early on Saturday morning there was some drilling and banging from below in the restaurant.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and a good size.
