We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

the hospitality and helpful staffs. Santika staff sent WhatsApp message in the morning of our arrival day then when we checked in the sink was run slowly, we also asked for sajadah (praying mat) and iron. at that moment the phone was disfunction so I sent text to that WA number. The staff immediately came to fix all problem and bring our request. We were so glad that we didn't have to wait any longer ! the hotel room was totally excellent; it's clean, aircon was well function, water also fine with hot water and the location is right at the center of the city so it's easier for us to reach anywhere by mikrolet, becak, taxi online or you can just walk to Q Garden cafe if you found yourself hungry between 9 pm to midnight because the hotel restaurant was closed. It's too bad because the food is good at the hotel restaurant, especially the breakfast menu. the hotel also provide shuttle from hotel to train station free of charge.

NetherlandsVery good hotel in a really nice area we walked from the trainstation but they have a transfer option too. We cut the long traintrip from jakarta to yogjakarta in half by staying in this hotel and the swimming pool and nearby bar (next door with a 737 aircraft on the roof) were just what we needed. Breakfast was also very extensive, plenty of choice.
