Noise between rooms. Construction right behind our room. Long walk to the beach.

Location was good as was breakfast. Pool was refreshing.

Considering humidity coming from natural weather and surrounding pools, the room shall have more cleanliness on air conditioning, ventilation, and mold control measures. Hesitate to say, but I felt bet lines wet by humidity and smell mold a bit. When I turned on AC, cough and runny nose started. in addition, the in-room telephone reciever smelled of saliva.. The towels had always black stains.

The staffs were friendly and helpful.

The only thing missing from the room was a bath robe. Very minor detail, but I would've liked a robe.

In the centre of Sanur next to nice restaurants bars and a very short walk to beach. Has a private location on beach for guests which was great.

For a family studio, the room was very small for four people, there is only one chair. We were very squished and weren’t able to relax. The balcony didn’t make sense to me and was a waste of space. The wooden structure made it small and pokey with nowhere to sit… it’s weird

A little more lighting in the rooms would be of benefit . We were upgraded to the mezzanine room which we didn’t really need and there was a major lack of lighting , maybe the single level rooms had better lighting.

Some fixtures in the room were old, marked or broken. E.g discoloured areas of bathroom mirror and broken toilet roll holder.

Noisy neighbours can be heard thru the balcony. Put a plain butter and chocolate without icing for breakfast, not iced cake. Also nice biscuits to go with tea or coffee. Private beach was nowhere to be found. Suggest to drop this advertisement line and say beach is 5 mins walk away.

Breakfast spread was good. Location was strategic for shopping, food and to get grab. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The biggest inconvenience is the noise from the pool and the hallway. The walls are probably very thin because you can hear both from the hallway and from the adjacent rooms. I would also point out a problem related to the sunbeds on the beach, the schedule is until 5 p.m. We went to the beach in the morning and due to the ebb, the water didn't come until around 2 p.m. It would have been ok to be able to stay on the beach longer, not until at 17 o'clock.

Booked room was advertised as a 2 room duplex, although it was really a single loft style room with king bed downstairs and 2 single beds up a steep flight of stairs. Only a single bathroom to share. It would have been cheaper for us to book separate rooms and benefit from 2 bathrooms and added privacy as travelling with another family member. Booked room sounded appealing but was not actually what was expected.

Peaceful location, close to all necessities. Great pool, super friendly staff and good indo / western mix breakfast options. Legitimate money changer directly across the road, supermarket next door and only 10mins walk to the beach.

- It would be nice to provide babycot for travellers with young children - The stairs in the duplex bedroom is very stiff, be careful. - Because the duplex room are just under the roof of the hotel, you can hear quite well the sound of the nearby rooms.

The hotel is very nice and the staff is both friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast staff. The room was nice and comfortable and it was clean. The breakfast options were delicious and diverse. The hotel is around 10 min walk from the nearest beach and they provide towels there.

Family room has a loft upstairs for our teenager son. Very steep and would not recommend for young children. Sliding doors to balcony did not close properly.

Air con kept room nice and cool, pool was great especially around back of hotel, breakfast had a fantastic variety from Asian noodles, pastries, ready to cook omelettes, tropical juices and fruits. Restaurant manager would get coffee every morning for us, and very friendly staff
