Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location is excellent with a shopping center next door and comfortable walking distance to the main city center shopping and various tourist attractions. The breakfast was good but would of liked some jams but that is me.

United KingdomIt is on the pricey side. For the price, I think breakfast should be included. And I think they should have some shelves a bit higher up to put things in so that small children can’t reach every where.
Very clean and staff were very polite and friendly. The apartment was spacious and in a fantastic location right next to a supermarket and 15 minutes walk to the centre. Also Halal food available just 5 minutes walk away. I had a great stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a good hotel. It felt like an apartment and the building is very well laid out.,

United KingdomThe only areas for improvement would be: 1. More hot veg options at breakfast. 2. Temperature of shower fluctuating between hot and cold. 3. Parking in shopping centre was only discounted if keeping the car in the carpark, without going in and out.
I was most impressed with the staff who were very friendly, helpful and always accommodating to your needs. From reception to cleaning to restaurant staff, they were all brilliant. A special thanks to Maria and Huelio at reception. We loved the location as it was close to shops and restaurants. The rooms and hotel was super clean with a great fragrance in the reception. We loved the beds as they were super comfy and the rooms were very spacious. Most definitely would love to visit again.

DenmarkThe cleanness could improve. We found a lot of hair from a previous guest in the bathroom and the trash wasn't emptied. But we made a last-minute booking, which affected the room preparations.
The room was very comfortable, with good quality furniture and nice beds. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is close to a mall and in a convenient location. We booked just one hour before arriving and everything was ready for our check-in when we arrived in the hotel.

United KingdomThe view outside my room looked out to the shopping mall carpark. Nothing amazing but didn't affect my stay. Although the room was large and modern, the bathroom interior seemed dated as if the room got refurbished but the bathroom didn't.
Great hotel if you want to be near the city centre. Its a 10 minute walk from both the train and bus stations so extremely handy for travel connections. It backs onto a large shopping mall so good for shopping and restaurants etc. Good room size, A/C and good facilities. The hotel breakfast was great and had a good selection of cereals, meats and continental food.
