The entrance is on the main road with very busy traffic and nothing particularly nice or interesting going on up and down the street. But it is a long driveway so NO traffic noises in the rooms/villa. It seemed a little tired and needs a bit of an update ….maybe Covid took a toll.

The staff were super friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was included in our rate and was very good. Eggs, bacon, fruit, juice, bread and tea/coffee delivered to your room. The rooms are nice, the lagoon pool was very large. Short 5 minute walk to beach with high end restaurants along the way. Try Cuca 👍. 15 minute walk to seafood on the beach and 25 minutes to Four Season…for some cocktails

This was our first station in Bali. The hotel is on the very noisy main street, but when we got inside, we felt we arrived. You can not hear any more the noise of the street but can only feel the warm welcome and see the beauty of the place. We had a nice little house, the bathroom was spacious and we had covered terasse, where we received every morning the good breakfast which we choose the evening before. It was serviced elegantly and politely. The pool was five steps from our room. As the place has only a couple of rooms, we were almast always alone there. It is maybe the nicest pool we ever saw! In the middle of a small jungle…We really had to force ourselves to leave the place sometimes, to go out to the town, because it was so relaxing and good to just be there.

JEstate villas and guest houses is a gem! The design is punctuated with stone, wood and luscious vegetation. Our guest room was at the end of a winding path lined with beautiful plants. Through the gate to our villa, you are greeted with 3 walls of windows. The bed is very comfortable and the garden is a great area for a private breakfast. My absolute favorite was going for a swim and coming back for an outdoor bath sheltered from the rain. Pure bliss. Their bath products are a wonderful addition. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. It was a pleasure to stay here!

Extremely well appointed and beautiful villas. only about 4 rooms share the main pool, while the rest have private pools. The service of the staff is top notch and your stay included breakfast in your room. the pool is fantastic and large enough for lap swimming. The room also had google tv and fast wifi.

The room we stayed in was aesthetically perfect, no detail was overlooked, so big and comfortable!. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, the breakfast was great. We travelled from here to the Hyatt in Sanur, which is a beautiful old property, but it felt like a step down after the wonderful experience at JEstate. Really top marks all round, the owner Andre is an experienced hotelier and it definitely shows

Incredibly kind, helpful and charming staff: thank you Anom, Detu and Budi! The room and bathroom were stunning. The pool is beautiful and the perfect temperature. The place is an oasis in busy Jimbaran, just a ten min walk from the stunning beach. The breakfasts were SUPERB and so thoughtfully prepared. Fab gym.

when we arrived there were some issues with our room (no water, and problems with the safe), but they were both fixed very quickly and with a smile. this isn’t anything to do with the hotel, but the local neighbour isn’t so charming. Jimbaran has fallen prey to the rampant over development in this part of Bali. expect traffic jams, pollution, and a plastic strewn beach as soon as you leave the sanctuary of the hotel.

The property is a little hideaway sanctuary in busy Jimbaran. The pool is lovely, and the rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The breakfast is served in the little garden outside our room (there is no shared restaurant/lounge), and was tasty. the staff were also helpful.

Basically everything is perfect! This is my last hotel in Bali, after changed 4 hotels during 3 weeks. And this is my favourite one! The location is very convenient to Jimbaran Beach, like 5-8 mins by walk, but I prefer stay longer in the hotel garden or relax by the pool rather than go to the beach, away more cozy and relaxing! Also only 10-15mins to the airport by car. I like the design of the room, you can feel the quality of the hotel from every single detail. It’s such a good combination of modern and natural, feel very comfortable to read and do yoga there. What’s more amazing is that I was surrounded by the super warm and friendly staffs and owner from beginning to the end. They are always very helpful and patient. The breakfast was very impressive, I felt a bit sick on the day before arrived there, but the lovely homemade breakfast saved me. It’s definitely great experience for me, and worth to stay! Strongly recommend!

This one of few hotels which I undoubtedly recommend. Spacious lodging, relaxing atmosphere, mixture of a tropical garden and high quality facilities. This is a very quiet and cozy place despite the busy street nearby. Beach and seafood restaurants in 10 minutes walk, although hotel was so nice so we chose to stay in hotel’s pool for a couple of days instead of going to the beach). Many thanks to the people of JEstate who made our stay unforgettable. They were friendly, always smiling, extremely helpful, attentive and very responsive.

The air conditioner is relatively weak to the room size.

The breakfast is abundant! Tourist could choose 3+ types of meal. The amount of breakfast is plenty enough to be brunch. The staffs are friendly and explain some culture and history of Bali. Nice terrance and swimming pool. If many mosquitoes was noted in terrance, tourists could ask for some repellent.
