We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Indonesialift is too small for a hotel like this which has around 50th floors. We have to be extra patient while waiting for the lift, particularly during peek hours. And also, room service is not available for 24 hours, we have to order food from outside after 9pm.

Indonesiasome tiles on the floor had a bit open cracks and gave me worries if my toddler step on it. and door step on bathroom were changed by wooden plank but a bit slacky and had to be carefull when we step. Maybe because it is an old building, so it is suggested to renovate some of its structures.
location is very good, like it is in the middle of getting everywhere. the room arrangement for two BR suites is excellent. all facilities was worked well in the room i.e hot water, flush, shower, stove, microwave, etc. Also, it really best value of money to be spent at Aryaduta.

Indonesiathe wait time for the elevator was 30 mins, we were finally asked to used luggage elevator which was very dirty and looked unmaintained. The room was not clean, stains on sheet. No towel. bathroom door cannot be closed. shower door was off its hinge. Restaurant was very crowded, no room to sit. Hallway was dirty, trash bags laying around. Should be a 1 star property instead of 5 stars.
