Everything except sofa bed and big hard pillows. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable to sleep due to the fact it was old and bended inside from middle.

Perfect room, but located towards inside the building and right next to the toilet. Location was spot on, but only when I arrived I was told there is a 6 eur per day price for parking. Breakfast was good but nothing special, especially the scrambled eggs seemed like made from powder and not from real eggs. Coffee was horrendous from the automatic coffee machine. I would appreciate if the staff would make a real espresso instead.

The room was nice and clean, but clearly seen its better days: hinges on minibar door fell apart, bathroom mirror lights didn't work, random holes on bathroom walls, shower head leaked and made loud noise. Overall it didn't affect the experience much, but left an unpleasant sense of dilapidation.

Best breakfast buffet we've had during our trip through Hungary. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Wonderful location for Buda sightseeing.

The hotel is on the Buda side of the city, not the Pest side. I wasn't familiar with the location when I booked the hotel so this is not the hotel's fault at all, but it seemed very far from the things I wanted to see, and it was way up the hill near the castle. I felt very isolated from everything but the castle area....and walking to Pest was impossible-that being said, I did use Bolt for everything-and it was fine-but added to the expense of getting to and from the hotel. I really have no other complaints about the hotel other than it was not the ideal location for me. Also, the room smelled a bit musty and old. The last thing which is minor, is that they have you pay for drinking water-which is absurd. Less expensive hotels provide water for free-this hotel did not-and if you get hungry late at night, there is nowhere to go-isolated and everything around it is closed. So, while I had a nice stay, the hotel was pretty and staff were very, very nice (all of them)-the downsides are listed in this review.

I am giving this mixed reviews, not because of the hotel and staff, but because of the location. The staff was extremely helpful, very friendly and always willing to help. The room was very large and very attractive. The free breakfast was fine, but not much of a variety-standard breakfast that most hotels provide. I have zero complaints about the staff and the hotel-it was very pretty in the room. But, there were some issues, although absolutely no fault of the hotel. Also, I will add that the hotel was very quiet, which was great. No traffic noise at all. So a lot of pro's and some cons.

The only glitches were in the bathroom - a tile was moving, the shower had a small leak.

The room was very large, and the bathroom was huge for hotel and even normal standards. Breakfast was very good and varied. Bed was comfortable. Everything was as expected for a 9-rated hotel.

The aircon was noisy even when it was off at night, made sounds like a running water pipe from time to time. The room was a little bit dusty and the breakfast could have had more variety. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The recepists were kind but offered no help with the luggages.

The location was nice in the Castle. Large room and spacious bathroom with a bathtub and window. The receptionist printed our boarding passes. Our child received a spare mattress, what he loved.
