We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Amazing location in the centre of Dubrovnik old town, super central & easy to get to everywhere locally. Beds were very comfy & air con really good! Plenty of towels provided.

United KingdomAlthough it was a quiet area, there was some noise from the apartment above but I suppose on another day, the residents in that apartment might be quieter. It did not spoil our trip though.
This apartment was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect for access to the Pile Gate where the taxi's drop off but also for the bars and restaurants in the old town. It was in a quiet street but there was a little noise from the apartment above. Ismail, our host was very friendly and informative, we really enjoyed our stay.

AustraliaWe had some misfortune with the hot water not working. The owner was quick to respond but it was a weekend so no-one was able to fix it. The owner arranged for us to have showers in the empty apartment next door.
Very easy to collect keys and access the apartment. Apartment is in a very convenient location and is nicely set up with everything needed for a short stay. The bedrooms are a nice size and there is a washing machine and a dishwasher. There are plenty of recharge points. Everything was comfortable.
