Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesBar wasnt even that loud, but you could feel the vibrations. We had trouble with our neighbors volume, holes around door and no insulation made them quite loud. Bathroom was small and toilet was oddly close to the wall. Had to take toilet paper off wall to sit down. Only a small redbull fridge that was super bright, had to out a towel over it. Air conditioning was pretty weak.
Plenty of outlets. Seamless online check-in Nice towels and shower soaps. Cheaper than Whistler.

Property in a great location, easy check-in, helpful staff, spacious room with all comforts, and fairly clean. Despite the proximity to the pub, we found it quiet and they even provide earplugs, which is very thoughtful.

Canadaair conditioner is too loud!
Location was excellent. Really cute boutique hotel with really nice shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer. Easy digital check in. We had a room above the bar, but we couldn't hear the music because the air conditioner was loud which is typical in any hotel.

CanadaNo parking right at the hotel. Street parking a couple blocks away was not a big deal for us but may be for some. Also the bar fridge in the room has a glass door and is lit up inside with no way to turn the light off, so it was bright in the room all night.
Check in process was easy, the location is excellent. The room was nice and clean, very chilly on check in (a huge bonus on a hot day!) and the beds are super comfy. Awesome toiletries provided in the bathroom. I was warned a bunch of times that my room booked was right above a LOUD PUB but it wasn’t a big deal, bar patrons on the sidewalk outside the window were more of a disturbance than the bar itself, but the hotel was rad enough to provide earplugs in the room!
