The bed was a little firm for me but some people may like that- so it’s not necessarily a negative!

The property was spotless! Everything was conveniently located close by/ within a short walk. Our host Vedrana was “amazing” and so helpful.

Everything was perfect!

Everything! The apartment is stylish and cosy, very comfortable, extremely clean, the kitchen has everything you need, perfect location (very close to the city center and all sightseeing objects, but not crowded; supermarket, bakery and a couple of restaurants in the same street).

The hosts are amazing!! Very carrying, friendly and they try to make you feel comfortable from the beginning on. The Appartement was also very clean and in a good condition.

Perfect location and perfect apartment- cleanliness,atmosphere, rooms and a small kitchen with everything you need. We arrived earlier and the amazing host allowed us to check in just upon our arrival. Everything was perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

Be aware that there is no door between bedroom, living room and kitchen.

Great hosts, they helped us a lot, communication was very easy and fast. The apartment is in a nice location, close to the main sights and in walking distance of good restaurants.

The only thing I can think of is that the apartment feels a little dark, but it's not really a big issue.

The property was clean and very well equipped. it has all the facilities needed for your stay: dishes, glasses, frying pans. you also have some tea and coffee upon arrival. Plus there’s a kettle, coffee maker; some rooms have dishwashers. The internet works well - so no problem if you want to work, use Zoom or watch a film. there’s good heating and the room has a very comfy bed! totally recommend! I moved to this studio from a hotel and didn’t regret a minute!

The property is located in a nice, safe area, 10 minutes walk from the city centre and 5 minutes from the nearest supermarket. Vedrana is a super friendly and helpful host who meets you at the reception, shows around which is also very convenient, especially if you travel alone and with bags) Vedrana ensures your stay is a pleasure. She’s so communicative and always eager to help with anything! She provides any information and is super attentive to any requests. I had to print my tests results and some other documents before my flight - she helped and printed. I needed extra towels - no problem. needed help with the luggage - she asked the cleaning lady to help)

Design Studios SVI-MI is a very well located apartment in the old town of Zagreb. The apartment is very comfortable, great kitchen, very clean environment, nice and spacious, the bathroom is good with a great shower, the bed is comfortable that guarantees a good sleep. This apartment offers conditions for a long stay. I would definitely stay here again. The hostess, Mrs. Vedrana is very friendly and polite, she gave me many local tips. I would definitely stay again at Design Studios SVI-MI. I used street parking because it was the weekend, but there are several pay parking lots nearby.

- the rooms are extremely small - they will only clean once (before you arrive) and then they will not even provide clean towels or bedding - not even for a family with a baby who requires constant attention - they do not provide any toiletries or supplies - not even detergent during COVID - the staff and owner is very room and for an expensive apartment they fall weak - no washing machine or facilities (told we would be charged €40 euros per clean if we were to request) - just literally how is someone meant to stay for a prolonged time without clean towels and bedding? ABSOLUTELY APPALLING - stay away!
