The cleaning lady was rude to me sometimes. You couldn’t wash your clothes in the sink and their washing service was quite expensive.

The wifi was weak and slow from my bed which was closer to the window (bed number 4) but the bed right next to mine which was closer to the door was catching wifi much better and it worked well for my dormmate. Not a big deal as we had a table in the room which was close to the door so I did all my internet browsing there. And it probably helped me to not rot on my phone before sleeping.

A pretty well managed hostel, I picked it mainly because of its convenient location - close to the bus station, city center and port, from which I arrived (everything 10 minutes or less walking-distance). The hostel is quite big, so there's plenty of places to hang out (common areas, terraces...) + there's a kitchen where you can cook. I stayed in the female dorms and we had our own bathroom+shower inside the room which was really convenient. There was another bathroom+shower right outside the room so if it's busy inside, you could just use that one. The bed had curtains which is always a plus for me. The staff was helpful too, when I asked about bus schedules.

The rooms had everything we needed; there were lockers and the beds were comfortable and had a nice shelf, outlet, and light near the each bed. The bottom bunks had curtains which was really nice. The bathrooms and shared areas (kitchen, dining room, terrace) all had plenty of space, it never felt too crowded. Check-in and check-out were easy, and there was free luggage storage as well. The location was very convenient, really close to the ferry terminal and a short walk to the main area of Pula.

Location is great but may be need more sing plates how to find it. I personally don’t have a breakfast principally But in this place if you want to have a breakfast you are free to prefer whatever you like for yourself and not only for breakfast which is great

I was positively surprised by Crazy House Hostel! The location is really good (a 10min walk to the city center and a 5min walk to the bus station) and the staff is very welcoming. The rooms have lockers (which you open and close with your keycard) and beds with a curtain so you can get some privacy. There is also a living room with a couch and a terrace to sit and relax in the evening. I enjoyed it.

Maybe you could add a tablet for the upper bed, there is no place where I could let my stuff during the night.

Very close to the center and the areans (perfect if you are attending a concert!), the central bus station is near by (8 min walk) which makes it very convenient. I really envoyed the comfy bed, and the cleaning after each shower. I was worried about the only 2 showers for women but it was finally manageable. Security is good as there is a badge to enter the location, and a code for each room, plus to open the locker. Very large terraces !

15 minutes walk from the centre or a 5 minute bus journey from the bus station service 1. Small beach located outside that’s clean and comfortable for the area. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

I spent great time in Pula and in the Crazy House Hostel. Ther's a very safe and comfortable place. I was afraid of sleeping with others in the same room but there was no need to be afraid of. I met nice people from all over the world. The hosts are very helpful and location of the hostel is great. In CHH is a lot of space in the kitchen, you can also eat outside on the terrace, rooms are clean and I recommend this hostel everyone, who wants to visit Pula.

The hostel says it is air-conditioned, but the air conditioner really did not work in my room. It was not unbearably hot in there, but it was certainly too warm at times, and I wish there could have been a fan in the room or something to circulate the air a little better. Other than that, everything was how it was presented on the website.

I really appreciated having a clean kitchen on site and lots of space to hang out on the property outside of the room. Also, I was grateful for how frequently the staff cleaned the bathrooms and that the bathrooms themselves were private (meaning it was just one shower, toilet, and sink in its own room). The staff provided extra towels for a euro which was very helpful. The lockers in the room were included and very secure, and they were big enough to fit my normal-sized backpack and a medium-sized carry-on bag. I did not use the laundry machines, but they were available for a certain price, and there were plenty of drying racks that I used for swimsuits and towels. The location was not in the town center but a short walk to it, and it was nice having a convenience/grocery store just across the street. As a young woman traveling alone, I felt safe both in the hostel and in the city.
