There are two apartments very close to each other with common main entrance and it may be a con if your neighbours are loud. The room is also a bit dark.

Apartment is located in the city centre, which is very nice when you want to take a walk or grab something to eat. Moreover host left us names of a few food places worth visiting, we tried two of them and they were both excellent. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. We appreciated a small fridge in the room, there is air-conditioning as well.

Parking is along a very busy street & finding a spot was challenging. Keeping the lights on long enough to get to your room & unlock the doors was tricky at times.

The location is great, right in the middle of Old Town & steps away from everything you could want. The room, although lovely, was smaller than we thought it would be & has no view. The host was nice, gave us several good restaurant recommendations & helped us bring our luggage upstairs.

It’s right in the center of everything. Once stepping out of the door within minutes you’ll be at the People’s Square and across the street is the Sea Organ. Beautiful room with a high bathroom. The Owner is very friendly and helpful We highly recommend this AirB&B.

The clock tower bell rings periodically which could disturb some guests but we didn’t find it an issue.

Super comfortable stay in a perfect location to explore Zadar old town with everything in walking distance. Very spacious and reasonably priced for Zadar. Everything was great, with just a minor complication regarding parking. While free parking is available in front of the apartment, it was often full. However, we understand that parking can be a challenge in such central locations and this is not a fault of the apartment.

The apartment was excellent, and we appreciated the design. Everything was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Located in the city center, it is just a 2-minute walk to the Zadar Sea Organ. There are many restaurants in the vicinity. The owner was very helpful and friendly. In case we will return to Zadar one day, we will defenetly stay in this apartman.

Everything was perfect!

I loved the location - I was two minutes from the sea, close to the central attractions, and could get anywhere in the old town in 5-10 minutes. It was SO convenient! AC was also excellent as was the bathroom. It was a comfortable, functional space close to everything, but removed enough to be quiet for sleeping at night. Great wifi too. Cannot say enough good things!

Only 3 in 1 coffee provided so it’s very sweet. ( it’s such a small thing)

Exceptional service from Ivan. He drove to the property, helped me find a parking space and negotiated my car into a tiny space. The decor is very classy (apart from the odd plastic plant). The mattress on the bed is firm, which is personal taste. I particularly liked the barrel sink. Biscuits provided which is a nice touch. It’s a perfect location near sea and cathedral. No view though, but to me that didn’t matter. Fruit tea and green tea provided.

Great Location, nice sized bed and pretty cool designed bathroom. Host was really helpful and flexible with arrival times. He also helped me by taking photos of the wall where I scratched my car for an insurance claim so he really went above and beyond!

The entrance and the common area are not too charming. The view from the balcony: you can see part of the old town at distance but the parking just in front of the hotel is bit ugly. The balcony could have some shadow.

Free parking right out in front. Wish we had known. Fantastic location and hostess met very quickly after our arrival. The room is done up with an air of luxury with a lot of little extras. Great shower and bathroom. Patio looks out over the old Roman forum (but also a parking lot). Counseled is on where to go and what to do.

Spotlessly clean, large room and bathroom with an excellent shower. Lots of time, thought and care has gone into the design of this room which is fitted out with quality items. Great location, close to all the attractions yet quiet at night. Check in / out was easy and straightforward.
