We like the size of the room, cleanliness and the laundromat, excellent TV and channels, happy hour, jogging on Bowen Road, walk to central via the park, good view, close to supermarket.

The location... I need to walk for a while from subway station/bus stop. And when I go out I need to walk a lot too...and ups and down. Another thing I didn't like is that when I went to have breakfast, they seemed so busy that the waiter/waitress forgot my order and I was waiting there for a really long time... someone arrived later than me even got their breakfast and finished and left....

The room is very spacious considering in HK. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfy. I enjoyed my stay there.

Nothing really. Just be warned that even the hotel is within the walking distance to the central metro station, walking from there is not easy since the hotel is uphill. Also the road can be confusing especially upon arrival.

Really enjoyed the view overlooking the lush botanical garden.

Nothing major, only slight downfall was the fact you are on a hill, and walking up and down can prove challenging for older people, however otherwise, location is great, right next to the park and within 10 minutes of downtown and the metro.

I recently stayed at Two MacDonnell Road, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. The location was perfect, situated conveniently close to attractions and amenities. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, ensuring a comfortable stay even during hot days. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected effortlessly. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Rubbish bins weren’t emptied, no tea towels to dry the dishes. Restaurant staff got our meals wrong on two days .. breakfast option was very limited .. no juice or water.

Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the apartment style hotel as one could rest if they wanted and the other could watch TV without disturbing each other. little table and kitchen was useful. Room was spotless and and clean. The cafe/restaurant/bar on level 8 was superb. We had our daily breakfast there which is good and it became our night time stop for a drink and dinner.

Nothing really!

We have only compliments for the Two MacDonnell Road! The staff was great, from the lobby staff to the receptionists to the restaurant staff. The room was very clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. It was not our first time in Hong Kong, but this was the best location we had: everything was at easy reach - a small walk of 15 minutes through the Botanic Garden and via the Escalators would bring us to Central Market. Our room had a great view over the Botanic Garden, and at night, we had a fantastic spot to watch the city lights! The breakfast menu card was short, but had everything to please everyone.
