Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaOnly the see through bathroom was a bit uncomfortable. But it had good drapes n curtains so it was still manageable.
Really loved the cleanliness and heart warming hospitality. The location is top notch. Facilities are adequate including an in-room microwave. Free coffee and comfortable lounge.

Bigger than standard rooms in HK. Nice bathroom with big mirror and super nice lighting.

SingaporeI noticed that the body wash in the family room was empty on my second to last day of my stay. It appears that the body wash was not refilled during housekeeping.
The staff demonstrated professionalism and a willingness to assist, which we greatly appreciated, particularly with regard to our request for a later checkout time. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the provision of a water dispenser was a thoughtful touch.

IndiaWish breakfast was included with the standard room rate. (note to Indian & other Asian travelers) While hotels across Asia generally tend have a bidet in the washrooms, this one didn't.
Very clean rooms. Very comfortable Stay. Fantastic location with bus stops and main metro lines just a short walk away. Loved the way the room was made out with well fitted storage units spread across the room. Hotels in HK tend to be small and we had a week's stay. The multiple storage options helped us with managing and sorting through our luggage for easy access everyday. Our interaction with staff was very limited, but they were very friendly and helpful. Recommended for a comfortable stay with easy access to public transport.

Hong Kong1. There is no cafe or coffee shop within the building 2. I turned on the “do not disturb/privacy” sign which means NO cleaning needed but the housekeeper came to clean the room while I was out. This morning, the housekeeper knocked at the door again with the privacy sign on and I told her no need as I was sleeping.

IsraelI had a problem with the location only because i was traveling alone. The surrounding area was mainly construction shops. I didn't like coming back to that every night. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room but there was one in the lobby with everything your would need.
The room was good enough. Not much room for my large suitcase. Very clean. The shower was great size. Large and water pressure was great. The service was excellent. Everyone in the hotel was extremely nice and helpfull.
