Only the see through bathroom was a bit uncomfortable. But it had good drapes n curtains so it was still manageable.

Really loved the cleanliness and heart warming hospitality. The location is top notch. Facilities are adequate including an in-room microwave. Free coffee and comfortable lounge.

Smell in the room (maybe because of the AC or the carpet in the hallway). Poor maintenance of the room (phone didn't work, limescale in the bathroom, old useless TV..) it shows its age.

I noticed that the body wash in the family room was empty on my second to last day of my stay. It appears that the body wash was not refilled during housekeeping.

The staff demonstrated professionalism and a willingness to assist, which we greatly appreciated, particularly with regard to our request for a later checkout time. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the provision of a water dispenser was a thoughtful touch.

Wish breakfast was included with the standard room rate. (note to Indian & other Asian travelers) While hotels across Asia generally tend have a bidet in the washrooms, this one didn't.

Very clean rooms. Very comfortable Stay. Fantastic location with bus stops and main metro lines just a short walk away. Loved the way the room was made out with well fitted storage units spread across the room. Hotels in HK tend to be small and we had a week's stay. The multiple storage options helped us with managing and sorting through our luggage for easy access everyday. Our interaction with staff was very limited, but they were very friendly and helpful. Recommended for a comfortable stay with easy access to public transport.

Location is very good, close to Mong Kok metro station. Staff is very kind and helpful. 7Eleven and fast food restaurants nearby. Cleaning in the room every day. Good wifi connection.

I booked 5 rooms, but staff can't make it on the same floor as requested. Requested for a non-smoking room, but I got a smell from the air vent in my room almost every night with 2 year old kid in my room.

1. There is no cafe or coffee shop within the building 2. I turned on the “do not disturb/privacy” sign which means NO cleaning needed but the housekeeper came to clean the room while I was out. This morning, the housekeeper knocked at the door again with the privacy sign on and I told her no need as I was sleeping.

The staff were attentive, assisted with our luggage and arranged taxi for us to the airport. The room was equipped with everything you need - microwave, kettle, aircon etc. The shower room was exciting, with a view from the bedroom.

The main mild complaints would be the lack of fitness center or spa. However, this was already known when booking. Additionally, the there is a slight walk from the nearest MTR station.

I had a problem with the location only because i was traveling alone. The surrounding area was mainly construction shops. I didn't like coming back to that every night. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room but there was one in the lobby with everything your would need.

The room was good enough. Not much room for my large suitcase. Very clean. The shower was great size. Large and water pressure was great. The service was excellent. Everyone in the hotel was extremely nice and helpfull.

The hotel is surrounded by the shops selling stuffs for the building construction. Quite far from Mong Kok station. Have to walk 8-10 mins to the station.

The hotel seemed to be newly renovated. Nice facilities in the room and nice scenery view. Space saving bedroom to save space for luggages.

The noise from the rooms, slams once you close the doors. Overall it was pretty quiet because of the limited number of rooms on each floor.

Great location, in between two major MTR rail links. The room is clean and well-kept. The complimentary tea and coffee was nice. The staff was helpful.

Bed was a bit hard and the pillows were not that comfortable.

Location very close to shopping districts & restaurants. Only 5 minutes away from the mongkok metro station. Room was clean and completed with many amenities. It was the most fully equipped room I've ever stayed in HK.
