We only got to use the elevator once upon our check in. There were many people at that time and only 1 elevator unit working. Troublesome to take stairs going to our room in 5th floor after spending the whole day walking in the city.

Fully-functional small Family Room for 5 persons. Every space is maximized providing hooks for our belongings, common water station in hallway, electric kettle inside the room, electrical cord that served as charging station for our mobile phones. The bathroom is equipped with hot and cold shower. Trash bin is emptied daily.

It is in the center of Mong Kok, very good location and is near MTR. The owner is super nice and helpful. They also clean the room everyday.

Like all accommodation in Hong Kong, space is tight, so nothing bad to say here. Absolutely worth the money.

Staff was so very helpful and accommodating! Excellent location, very close to Mong Kok station and very easy to get to from the airport by bus. Also great location in Kowloon to visit and have meals!

The air-condition is very noisy, even though I put the wind mode to "low". It is a pity that there is no silent mode available for the air-condition. Apart from that, there is nothing to complain. The room is quite small. But comparing it with the location and the price, it is definitely a good choice for a short stay in HK.

Auntie is very accommodating. She will provide the necessary things. The room is clean whenever we go back to the hotel. The hotel is also near the MTR station, restaurants and ladies market.

A queue to the lift - that is something new for me, but it is the problem of the building, and you just have to concider that in planning.

They did absolutely amasing thing, such a small space and it's ok and we fited well! Nice matresses, a rare thing in hotels, hot water is always available. Perfect for a tourist who only sleeps in a room during the trip.

Hope there was accessible closer refrigerator in the 1112 area. Hope the beds was little higher so we can have the big luggage on the bottom of bed. Internet was not consistent

There were a few ants in one of the beds, and it was fairly cramped, but minor complaints for the price and location.

It was everything we needed, ie a room with an en suite, plus boiled water and other bits and pieces readily available. Would stay again.

The hostel's location is good. The room size is really small but acceptable, considering it's Hong Kong. The facilities are adequate for this price level, and the staff is warm and helpful.

Old building. Waiting for elevator of the building sometimes has long que / line.

Room and toilet is clean. Room has windows for ventilation . Beddings are very clean, white and comfortable . 7 11 in front of the building. A lot of restaurants beside. Excellent location for shopping such as langham and sneaker street

1. It’s not a hotel but pension type of accommodation in the business /residential building. So very local style. Not a problem for us as we were out all day 2. It might be tight if you have a lot of luggage

1. Location is great, 1 min from metro and convenient to airport. There are tons of restaurants and shopping 2 it’s clean and quiet for us. Hot water is plenty and good pressure though it’s asian style bathroom ( wet and dry is not separated) and it’s tight if you are bigger person. 3. Wifi works great 4. Communication is fast via booking message and reception time is late 5. Owner is helpful 6. Cleaner came in to clear the garbage

A bit of difficulties talking with the owner since her english is very poor. The shared spaces can be a bit dirty and the building is a labirinth, although very typical of hongkong mong kok area.

Central location, well connected by metro and busses. Very good price and overall confortable in relation to the price spent. Luckily our window was facing outside and not toward the inner courtyard which would have otherwise been much more dump.

Building is quite old. A bit smell. And lift is small.

Location is very good. Nearby got many many restaurants. Opposite and behind street also have 7-11. Near to mtr exit too. And madam Ho is a very nice lady.

It's clearly not the Hyatt: the room is small, no closet and the toilette is tiny but still, I liked it. It gives the full Hong Kong experience. The staff is nice, they change towels daily and the position is the best.

There is a dirty smell in the building. But NOT in the hostel. After the elevator broke, we had to take the stairs and I was so surprised by that strong smell...also how the building was old and worn out..
