It is a complex of small hostels in the same building. So watch out, cuz you can book for the cheaper price the same room as you would get here or another hostel which is in this complex.

I don't like everything starting with the staff mostly in the room. Poor service. if you need to make a request about those who don't have a room, you have to go to the other building because their receptionist is in the other building. TURTLE LIFT !! to be honest I didn't like anything, we just didn't have a place to stay that night.

It’s overpriced for small room. Woman at the reception is very rude, offensive and doesn’t listen any request. I asked her for cleaning the room but ignored. Room facilities are old and TV doesn’t work. It’s better to negotiate with Indian people at the end of Chung King Mansion for finding reasonable room.

Price not reasonable. 2nd bed to small and even the room. And lastly elevator.

The room quite small and yet the price to high. Problem is elevator and don't how to communicate to all guests. Specially if you request semi double bed. Luckily the staff so friendly and polite.

Coackroaches everywhere on the bed, they were just running around. I've never been in such a terrible guest house, even if it is cheap, it should at least not be a bug house. Could not sleep there, I left.

Small, but expected, cleaner sheet would have been phenomenal

Location, the receptionist was very nice and accommodating. It's a great choice if you're on a budget and if you'll spend more time outside for activities and just use the room for sleeping and storage. It's also very secure, full of cctvs. Definitely recommended

Don't go unless you want to share a tiny room with old men. I booked a 6 bed mixed dorm, but ended up in a very small room with just 3 beds and no privacy curtain whatsoever. This would have been okay if it wasn't for the fact that this whole hostel is just filled with old chinese men. After the first night, I asked to move and was kindly shown to other rooms, which were all just filled with old men. As a 20 year old woman, I didn't feel safe. The first night I was told I could come to the reception the next day and pay for a private room, but when I went to check the next day, I was told they were all fully booked. When I asked to be moved to a room with at least one other woman, I was told there weren't any. I decided to book somewhere else and leave for my own safety, but the hotel refused to refund me my money for the days I wouldn't be staying there, saying I knew what I would get myself into when booking a mixed dorm. Of course I understand it might happen that I would be sharing a room with guys, but a smaller room, with less people, and no other women anywhere in the whole hotel was not advertised. When checking out, I was suddenly informed there was a room with other women, but I had had enough and left. Next to that, there was a weird smell and I was constantly coughing while inside. As soon as I left, the cough would leave.

shower door was broken, sink was leaking on your feet, no toilet paper, no shampoo, no towels, AC was very very noise and when turned on whole room was shacking, i tried 4 different motels in this building and this, sadly, was the worst.

Towel shouldn't be ask , should be at their rooms right away... Tissues should also be ready once check in.... washrooms should have trashbins too to make more clean , linens should be all whites to make more like living in a real Mansion... Location is very good ...Rate is good ( if you want to save )very affordable but if possible make more nicer to stay.....
