Location was great. Staff helpful and we managed an early check-in. Aircon was a bonus after sweating it out at Tikal for 3 days. Rooftop bar nice with view over the water. Staff organised a taxi for early morning ride to the airport.

The room was nice but unfortunately for me the beds weren't so comfortable, I could literally feel the springs putting pressure on my back and that was rough for me since I have a back condition. I would recommend for management to consider replacing the mattresses

The location for me was everything, we had an amazing view of the red sunsets in Flores.

Great location. The property is right on the water. Excellent sunsets and boat dock for swimming in front of the property. Hotel staff was very good. Bar on the rooftop. Free coffee and water. Near all restaurants and stores.

It is very noisy. Because the hallways are open you can hear a lot of street noise and from neighboring bars.

The hotel is basic but is nicely taken care of. Rooms are clean and spacious. Air-conditioning works well. Wifi is not great. Free coffee which was very nice. If it weren't for the noise we would rate it higher.

Good location on waterfront facing the sunset. Nice room with a small balcony looking out on the lake. Tea/coffee available as well as drinking water. Rooftop bar with great views.

The beds could have been a little comfier.

The location was great, right on the water with a great view of the lake. Sunsets were amazing! The hotel was very cute, for what it was, a great bang for your buck. Nice, clean rooms. Hotel staff was very friendly, let you leave your things in a locked closet for the day after checkout.

The hotel has such potential but is a little rough around the edges. Our room was a little dark and the window looked out onto the corridor so not much natural light. If they spent some money on smartening the place up, this place could be the best hotel on the island due to its location.

The location was brilliant - amazing for the sunset each evening with various communal balconies and also a rooftop bar. Rooms were cleaned each day which was a real treat!

The room was quite worn. The toilet faucet was loose. The windows let all the sound from the corridor and the street into the room. If we were present at 10am when the cleaner knocked on the door, the room was not cleaned at all. This is more of a hostel than a hotel.

😃 lovely place to stay.

Flores is fantastic and this place is right in the heart of the restaurants and little craft shops. It is just two streets away (4 min walk with packs) from the Marlin Espadas office (where the bus from Belize City can drop you off), if the causeway is open. Highly recommend. We had 2 rooms with a balcony and views over the lake. For the shower - turn the water on and then turn the stick lever to hot, for each shower.

It's an okay place for the price. Spacious room with fan and AC. It's gotten a bit long in the tooth but is maintained to be clean.

The beds are quite crowded in the room, it will be most likely a room to sleep in.

The bed was comfortable and the place is clean and the staff are very helpful, they let us checkin a bit earlier. Nice view on the lake from the balcony.
