The host Lorenso was perfect and kind. He made our holiday special. He gave us our airport transfers and car to Fira. The apartment is a perfect location near the beach. It is the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. It was also cleaned mid week and towels changed. Had a very special holiday. Thank you so much Lorenso 💓 See you next year

Location is just closed to Black Beach, Perissa. Room is totally private with very nice balcony. Next door is small shop you can get everything. Bus stop to Fira is just 5 minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants surrounding by. We visit Santorini second time and tried to book this property again and unfortunately not available. The owner is very kind and helpful. Drive us to airport without charge. We will visit again.

Nothing bad at all. Just the kitchen is small with no electrical plugs for the kettle or toaster. there is one next to the table. The fridge freezer and the electric cooker/hob all plugged in.

What a brilliant apartment 2 minutes walk from everything beach and restaurants, comfortable beds really clean. There are two bedrooms but are separate into two individual apartments. Lorenco was really good he met us at the airport ( the transfer was 30 euros) but worth the money and was really helpful and friendly. He did a great job of changing the sheets and cleaning the apartment while we were out. Left chocolate and sweets and a melon.

A wonderful stay with some wonderful people. The place is very clean and modern, and has a great bed- the mattress is very comfortable and the pillows are very soft. The place has everything you could need for a vacation. Clean sheets, clean towels, and fresh air. Lorenco is very helpful and easy to talk to. The house is located near the most wonderful beach from Perissa. ( Perisa and Perivolos beaches are made of large pieces of stone but this portion near Zolfo is made of sand and small rocks-about 400m) The place is very quiet and you can rest peacefully for the holiday. Many thanks to Lorenco who helped us with a ride to the airport

Lorenso tried to cheat us. We reserved the "Ground floor apartment" (w/ kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom, etc.) and only after the check-in noticed that they gave us the "one bedroom apartment" (no kitchen, no windows, no place for eating inside the apartment, only one table in the terrace, no kit for even sweeping, little ensuite bathroom). Texted Lorenso and he blamed Booking system due to the reservation hour, agreed (because it was late yet) in staying that night and told us next day he'd tell us the solution Booking could offer. Obviously he didn't talk to anyone, next morning asked us again what was the problem and after arguing, sending him photos and prizes of both apartments and finally telling him we'dl tell Booking our probmem he decided to refund us in hand the prize difference, 100 euros, and told us "don't tell Booking" (why if you told us you talked with them about the issue?). We stayed finally in the apartment because my girlfriend had a mandatory work-meeting via Skype late that morning and it was a mess and a lack of time searching a new place and losing hours, but since that moment we had no news from him, we noticed he gave "our" apartment to the last customer who wrote here (of course a great review, congrats man...) and decided to try to treat us as fools. Sorry, finally paid the correct prize. Finally, false advertisement: no "private parking" there, you park in the stret in front of the house, but only if available, it's public parking like any other in that street... They say they change sheets and towels each 3 days if you don't pay additional cleaning service: false, unless you pay 100 euros for free for your apartment... We made a 15 days trip around Athens, Mykonos, Santorini and Milos, all great places with great people. All of them, excepting Lorenso and his lies.

The situation was the only good point.

Due to an unhappy event we couldn’t go at that date but we arranged with the property to amend the booking for 28-21 july…they agreed and told us that we have to pay 100 euro difference…i said it was no problem and we agreed for 28-31 july…after two days they made calculations and thought that is better with both cancelation money and also full payment for 28-31 july and e-mailed me that our deal is not valid anymore only with a new reservation…in this time I bought plane tickets for 28-31 july while they changed the game rules…i find ths very rude and unprofessional…it seems that this property is based on money rush not customer satisfaction…very disappointing
