A dreamy villa in the heart of Oia with stunning views of the Caldera. The private plunge pool was the highlight of the stay where you can relax after roaming around and enjoy the sunset. The room was quite big and very well kept before our arrival. Breakfast at Luno was great however I would have loved to get some more options and probably be served at out room. Overall a fantastic stay and great service by the hosts.

We stayed at the secret escape villa and my gosh, what a view!! My girlfriend and I were blown away with everything about this place. The unit itself was 4 stories tall, we had two stories inside and outside another two stories down, with balconies and a private pool. We’ve never stayed anywhere like this before and it was absolutely amazing. It was located in central Oia with tons of shopping and eating around. Besides the unit, we wanted to give a big shout out to our porter, I can’t remember his name but he hauled our fifty pound suitcase and carry ons on his shoulders up and down the steep staircases, he was a beast to say the least! We can’t recommend this place enough!

The in-room plunge pool was one of the reasons I chose this villa. However, I was disappointed that the jets were timed and only ran for about 3 minutes so I was continually restarting them which made it hard to truly relax and enjoy. I would have preferred to manage the jets by turning on and off manually.

The view of the caldera was spectacular. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Our villa was located close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the sunset from multiple locations but the view from the White Pearl pool area was fabulous. A very memorable trip!

The staff was very friendly. From the very beginning, before we arrived, Ali welcomed us and escorted us to the room. He showed us everything where it was. In the morning, Irini hostess wished us well with a smile on her face. She offered to help with everything. Made a reservation at the restaurant for dinner for my wife and me. This place was amazing and very clean. The views were beautiful and the staff were very friendly and made sure that we had an amazing stay. Staff response by text was very prompt and they were able to answer all our questions and help us book transfers easily. Location makes it easy to access the main streets of Oia. Breakfast at Luno cafe was wonderful! The wine that is made at this place was also great!

Nothing I didn’t like but probably not an ideal place if you don’t walk well and don’t like steps…as there are plenty.

The location of the cozy nest room had a lovely view. The area was quiet and no over looking room on to the balcony as it was one of the top rooms. Off the main tourist area so no people over looking the area. Breakfast delivered to your room was lovely and nice to have on the balcony and appreciate the view. Staff were very helpful and looked in to trip prices and options even before we arrived and during our stay.

We had to walk up stairs outside of the villa to the outside hot tub, however, the inside hot tub was beautiful and private. We were moved to a room with hot tub on our terrace for the last night.

Not much privacy on the balcony for the room given it’s just above a cafe and the main strip.

Staff are very friendly and check in on you often to ensure you are having a comfortable stay. Room is spacious and very clean. The windows/doors are great at blocking noise out overnight.

Breakfast provided by Luno was not good, everything is too salty. I understand it is not property's problem, it's provided by Luno restaurant.

Staff is very friendly, they are always quick to help us on the requests. We also booked transport with them, we had to change our schedule due to last min change of the ferry, staff helped to re-arrange the transport schedule. Nothing to complain about the property, good location, spacious room, nice view...

- Our ocean view villa lacked the privacy that I anticipated since the balcony sits over a pretty bust walk way. You still get a nice view of the coastline, although not a completely unobstructed view. - Did feel a bit pressured to tip more when checking out, which left a bit of a sour taste in our mouths

The customer service was AMAZING, the staff had the best recommendations for me and my wife to enjoy. They facilitated all of our transportation on the island, made reservations for us and always made sure that we were being taken care of. Absolutely great service.
