Rooms were comfortable however we had a bit of a problem with the AC, wasn’t enough to complain about, just opened the door to the balcony at night and it was fine. Early alarm with the planes going over though. Breakfast was everything you would expect, continental with eggs and bacon, no thrills but no disappointment. Location was great, literally across the road to the beach, right on the strip with plenty of bars and restaurants within a short walk. The hotel also boasts a restaurant itself but does shut quite early. The pool was clean and the loungers comfortable. We spent a lot of time during the day diving in and playing with a ball. The staff were very friendly and even thanked us for giving a bit of life to the hotel as normally most people just go to the beach.

Cleaning of the swimming pool. Would have been nice If the restaurant had been open. Also If possible to buy snacks at the bar. We were missing the sun beds at the beach, glad we could go to the other restaurants

They didn't had any sunbeds on the beach as was described online and also the bar on the swimming pool was opened only until 5 pm.They didn't had a restaurant open.

Bar was maybe a bit expensive to people that were staying at the hotel, but not excessive.

Food, bed, facilities, and bar were all good, Staff were quality, especially Rudy (Bar & Bookings) and Omar (night receptionist) spent a few hours talking to both over my 5 night stay.

The cleanliness was terrible. We walked into the room with blood on the pillowcase, a intensely moldy and mildewed smell, not many amenities, and an inaccurate room description. The room was so bad that my wife and I straight up but the bullet and went to a different hotel and paid an extra 1.6k out of pocket because we just didn’t feel safe at all in this room.

for most pleasant staff, bar the guy looking after the beach beds. He was rude and dismissive. He launched at me when I sat down, snapped when I had my feet up on the bed. We had a stressful situation because our flight was canceled and had limited choice in getting a place at the 11 hour. I felt the team thought they were running a 5 star hotel, more their attitude than facilities. Breakfast was a disgrace, little on offer actually abysmal. The price for the night was shocking given it was very basic.

The property looked like a mental asylum. The decoration was just a joke and looked like someone just couldn’t be bothered to plaster the walls so instead splashed yellow paint over them, if your in the red room then it looks like someone had been murdered in there. The shower was just a dribble of water so if you like to be dirty and stink then perfect for you. No one cleans the room unless you ask and even then they don’t have a key to do it. Breakfast is non existent. Just cold food and no toaster if you like a slice of toast. Once the food has run out then you just have to starve. Aircon makes the throat very sore so we think they might have put poison in them. So in a nutshell if your a skank and don’t like to eat or sleep and into horror movies then this will be perfect for you.

Bathroom not clean with hairs by the sink and in the shower even though it was just cleaned (floor very wet by check in), our room was close to the reception and really loud
