Gianna Suites are in a great location. We could walk into the main area of Fira. The staff were just wondering and friendly and went out of their way to help. The breakfast was very nice as well.

Everything was excellent

Our bedroom was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The decoration was lovely, especially the bathroom. It looked newly refurbished and had a cave type appearance. Very quirky. The breakfast was lovely, enough choice. There were pastries, fresh fruit, cereal and cooked items such as eggs and sausages. Tea and coffee were also available. The location of the hotel may be a bit awkward for passengers with mobility issues as it is at the bottom of a steep little hill. This was no problem for us, but may be for others. The pool area was relaxing and very clean. A little bar would have been nice to get a drink in the day, but as the hotel is rather small, maybe there isn't the demand. It was a very pretty area to sit and relax during the day. Camas and Evaggelia, the hosts, were amazing. They were very polite, knowledgeable and caring. Camas helped chase our taxi who was late to collect us, very reassuring that someone was helping us in the native language. I loved Santorini and I loved the Gianna Suites. Excellent value for money and I actually couldn't fault a thing.

Only thing I would say the bed wasn't the most comfortable new mattress needed other than that everything else is a 10/10

The staff were amazing so friendly they are so helpful if we needed anything. It was super clean accommodation. The location was also great just a 15 minute walk into Fira. Having a pool was a big plus for us 😊 . Highly recommended we more so happy with our stay.

We had a 2 floor apparment and room on top had no aircon, only a big fan and during the night it was very very hot. Like sauna. Opening window did not help. And the fan was too loud and too big :/. But this is how it works with rooms on top floor

Very friendly Staff and helpful. Always responsive. Also very very nice people working at the reception :) I totally recommend. Very clean, comfortable Location is really pleasant, nice views from the balcony, however its quite far from Fira, its around 15 min uphill

The hill getting down the property was steep getting up and of not great for elderly people and the shower is close to boiling hot if you accidentally turn it the wrong way.

Staff were amazing, Ava and Thomas were super welcoming and give us lots of advice on places to go and things to see. Location 10 minutes walk to the bus station and fira town. We got complimentary welcome drinks on arrival. Beds were really comfy and rooms were cleaned every morning! Breakfast was to a good standard. Will definitely be returning!

The location was close to all restaurants and city centre Very, very nice a good hearted l staff , grate hospitality. Evangelia gave us all the attractions we should visit while there ,and also recommend good restaurant to go .The other guy who works there at the reception ( I don't remember his name) was also helpful , as a result, we had a wonderful stay overall .

My bed was a bit too firm for my preference. Hotel was down a steep slope which didn’t bother me but might not suit someone with mobility issues.

Staff were very helpful and excellent. Room was also excellent and well equipped. Good selection of cooked and non cooked food options for breakfast. Pool area was very sunny & quiet. Enjoyed my stay.

The green light over the door was disturbing me during the sleep

It was a very nice experience! I really enjoyed any moment there. The hotel is suited to the quiet and calm part of Fira. The bus station is just 10 minutes by walk, which is perfect for moving around the island. The service was good, nice breakfast and very cute corner of swimming pool. The stuff is very kind and friendly, especially Evaggelia 🫶🏼

I absolutely adored our receptionist. She was caring and very informative. She even took out a map and customized to our taste. The rooms are big. Beds are big and comfy. Small refrigerator and blow dryer and shampoo/ conditioner. Room was clean. Big mirror if you wanted to do make up. Very modern decoration with wood beam ceiling. Personal chairs for outside. Nice outdoor couch set where we enjoyed some wine. Pool looked nice weather not hot enough for us to swim. Breakfast room,clean and great variety of food. We really enjoyed the breakfast and my husband loved the variety of coffees. We rented an ATV and parking for that was a 2 minute walk from hotel. Was in nice location where it was nice and quiet at night. We loved our stay here.

All went well during our stay.

I booked two rooms and both were superb. Camas proved to be an excellent. exceptional host. He helped us find the best, least expensive restaurants in town and find up taxi transportation to the new port when we needed to catch a ferry to Mykonos. The breakfasts were very good and met our needs to start the day.

Loading in and out wasn't as easy as I thought as you had to lug your stuff uphill from where the rental car was parked.

The place and the layout were fantastic. The front desk folks were also fantastic.

Thank you for your kindness. I stayed at the hotel comfortably during the trip. All the staff were kind. It made me feel the best trip in Santorini. If I visit again next time, I will definitely stay. It has to walk a little bit from the bus stop, but this wasn't a problem at all. Rather, it was nice to be quiet and thank you for recommending a few places I could make some planes in Santorini and already visited there! It was really nice and could see sunset view😎

The Hotel is conveniently located in walking distance from the Fira towncentre and the caldera. Breakfast was delicious and with good variety. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. But what really set this place apart for us was the attention of the staff and owner. They really made the stay something special and had great recommendations (not just the usual tourist rip offs) Cannot recommend enough

Camus is an exceptional, helpful, friendly host town! The location was quiet and we enjoyed a beautiful view of the Aegean from the pool area. The location of the hotel was an easy 20 minute walk to the caldera and Fira town. We enjoyed the Pelican Restaurant restaurant recommended by Camus.
