Nice hotel with a ratio spending/quality very high. Clean room, nice bathroom, a balcon. The reception was very exceptionally nice and they will be very helpful to you if you need some help or whatever. The place is very close to the main points in Santorini, from the window you’ll see the sea (my apt window of course) and in 3 minutes you’re are in one of the best spots to see the panorama of caldera as the sunset as well, also from my windows I saw the sunrise 😊 The best point: is quiet, literally quiet. And in three minutes you’re inside the tourist side. 😅 In 15 min by feet you’ll reach the bus station for going to airport.

This sparkly clean room with homely ambience was amazing and perfect for our Santorini stay. A beautiful cafe with amazing sunset view right next to the property. The owner is a very kind lady and extremely helpful.

The location was really good - it was close to the path to get to other towns and to catch the buses in Fira. It is close to lots of restaurants. We were very happy with our room and would recommend to fellow travellers.

The bed was a little harder than I would have liked.

This is an older property, in an excellent location. You can watch the famous sunset within a 2 minute walk. The couple that own the property have been operating this property for 39 years. We took a room on the back side of the property and it was very quiet for sleeping. The air conditioning was excellent. The 6 euro breakfast was a steal in Santorini.

Maybe the street it’s a bit loud sometimes but nothing that keep you awake for long.

Location it’s amazing for the area. The two people managing the villa were super kind and attended. They took really care about us staying there. It was nice also the come and clean every day, and leave you fresh towels. And water.

Very close to Fira town center but away from the noise. The room was quiet, spacious, and very clean. The shower and everything worked well. Staff was super warm hearted - not only offered great suggestions to my trip but also helped me when I had a cellphone problem. Home-made breakfast was great as well! .

The host waited for us even when our plane was delayed arriving which was really nice of her, it was quite late! We were really grateful for it. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and more! We got great recommendations from our host and it's perfectly located for visiting Fira. Thank you for having us.

The bathroom Layout was not ideal. The Internet/Wifi was a bit slow/spotty. The mattresses could have been better.

Location was perfect; 10 Minutes walk to Fira and still away from the madness so you could find parking and have some calm. Run by a super nice family with great Greek hospitality. Provided with Kettle and Iron when asked. Street parking ample and always availble in September.

It was quite loud as we were facing the street but the view in that side would be better because you can see the sea. We also had to unplug the fridge because it was very loud so we didn't get much sleep whilst there. But, we had family in Santorini too staying in places that cost 4x the amount that had the same problem so its not uncommon there as there's alot of motorbikes/quads.

Staff were very friendly and it amazes me how this lovely couple run everything themselves. Rooms were a good size and cleaned everyday. Very close to the centre and a 1 min walk to the caldera. Coffee and breakfast very cheap. Beautiful stay. Thank you for having us!

Bed was not so comfort , but its ok for a quick stay.

My stay at Villa Firostefani was absolutely delightful. The breathtaking views of the caldera and Sunset are just a few seconds walk from the hotel. I couldn't have asked for a better location in Santorini. Villa Firostefani is conveniently situated near many attractions, making it easy to explore the island. I felt like a valued guest from the moment I arrived until my departure. Villa Firostefani exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini

A family business, with extraordinary, friendly owners, ready to help you with anything you need. The location is perfect to explore the whole island (even in a short time). The breakfast for only 6 euros was more than satisfying. The transfer to the airport port is done at half the cost compared to other properties.

Fantastic family operated Villa. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms. Sheets and towels changed, and the was bed made.each day. Rooms are basic but very clean. If you want a resort with pool, etc, book elsewhere, but Villa Firostefani is in a fantastic location. Easy walk or bus ride to other towns. Villa Firostefani is close to everything you need, good restaurants, cafes, and a few shops with an easy walk to nearby towns like Fira. Walk 30 metres and you have fantastic sunset views.
